The Association Of VEGF Single Nucleotide Polymorphisms And Patients With Recurrent Spontaneous Abortion In Guangxi Zhuang Women

Objective：Recurrent spontaneous abortion is one of the most commoncomplications in early pregnancy.because of its complex etiology andpathogenesis, So there is no effective clinical prediction and prevention andcontrol measuresat until now. This research was to explore vascular endothelialgrowth factor (VEGF)﹣2578C/A、﹣1154G/A、﹣634G/C、﹣460C/Tand﹢936C/T single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) associated with thepathogenesis of Recurrent spontaneous abortion (RSA), from the gene level todiscuss the RSA genetic susceptibility, looking for the RSA susceptibility genes,further clarify the RSA molecular biology mechanism of the disease, toinvestigate the pathogenesis of RSA provide a feasibility of the method.Method：Case group was120patients with recurrent spontaneousabortion, Control group in the hospital for the delivery the control group wasselectioned outpatient clinic of health of the pregnant women and in the hospitalfor the delivery of health of the pregnant women, a total of110cases.The two groups was observed object extraction of venous blood, and adopt of thetraditional manual phenol-chloroform extraction whole blood DNA,application of PCR-restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR-RFLP)detection in the two groups observed VEGF five loci of SNPs genotypefrequency distribution.Results：There was no obvious difference about VEGF﹣2578C/A、﹣1154G/A、﹣634G/C、﹣460C/T and﹢936C/T Five loci SNPs of genotype andallele frequency distribution between the case group and the control group, withno statistical significance (P value＞0.05).Conclusion： The SNPs of VEGF﹣2578C/A、﹣1154G/A、﹣634G/C、﹣460C/T and﹢936C/T may be related to the guangxi zhuang women withrecurrent spontaneous abortion were not associated with susceptibility to disease.The results may be different polymorphism loci in different regions, differentracial, ethnic, caused by the role of different populations are inconsistent.
