ObjectiveTo study the mental health of clinical nurse in nanning general hospital andfind out the ubiquitous psychological problem of clinical nurse. Because of thetraditional stress reduction method involves the hospital management layer.From the perspective of hospital management layer,the suggestion of reducingthe stress is often necessary to adjust the hospital regulations and rules. Thetraditional stress reduction method is more difficult to implement. So,Ourresearch will introduce mindfulness-based stress reduction and drinking stressreduction into nurse stress intervention. Hope to provide a simple andconvenient implementation for nurse,and build a stress reduction pattern ofnurse. So when deal with the stressor,they can form a positive psychologicalreaction model. At the same time,hope to maintenance the health body andmind for clinical nurse,to create a healthy and sustainable nursing workenvironment,and to provide a higher quality nursing service for patients.MethodsOn the foundation of literature review,using questionnaire survey、quantitative analysis method、qualitative analysis method,descriptive studymethod、experiential summary method,and interview method to obtain the relevant data and information for research. In combination with psychology、behavioral medicine、 sociology、 statistics, and all relevant disciplineknowledge,to draw a conclusion,based on the data and materials of differentstages,content and the results of research.Resultscompared with the clinical nurse mental health of Nanning general hospitaland the national norm,clinical nurse mental health divide is significantly higherthan the national norm, these eight factors of the somatization, forcedsymptoms,depression,hostility,anxiety,paranoia,horror,psychosis appeara difference,(P﹤0.05),the difference are statistically significant; While47.88%of clinical nurses screening out of job burnout,70.3%of the clinicalnurses turnover intention is more than a moderate level. The workload and timeallocation is the main stressor of clinical nurse on their daily working time.Mindfulness-based stress reduction and drinking stress reduction have a positiveeffect in the aspect on response of stressor of clinical nurse.Conclusion(1) The research showed that clinical nurse mental health status is notoptimistic in Nanning general hospital. The lower level of mental health is oftenstay in surgery、ICU、medicine,etc. At the same time,different levels ofseniority、 education and marital status of clinical nurses render differentpsychological health level. So,it is particularly important to attaché andmaintenance the metal health of nurse.(2) The mental health is lower,the more prone to job burnout;the sense ofjob burnout is more stronger,and stimulate a stronger tendency of departure.Which is a reason to nurse’ departure.(3) The main stressor include overload of workload and unreasonable time distribution,the night shift,lower wages and welfare,fear mistakes in worktime. The stressor can raise the lower level of mental health,enhance the jobburnout of clinical nurse and lower job satisfaction.(4) Compare with the traditional stress reduction method, themindfulness-based stress reduction and drinking stress reduction aim at selfmanagement and regulation of individual stress. Through individual training,clinical nurse can achieve physical and mental relaxation and cope with thesame stressor by self reconstruction positive stress styles.
