Objective: on the study objects of clinicians in 3A Grade Hospitals of Beijing, with the theory of Organizational Behavior and Managerial Psychology, according to the survey of work Burnout among clinicians, to find out the model of work Burnout and Job Stressor, to discuss the influence of demographic variables, the level of social support, and job sat-isfaction on work Burnout and pressure sources, to provide theory basis for defending and preventing their work Burnout. On the basis of studying domestic and overseas researches, to compile the the questionnaire of clinicians'Job Stressor, to know the Job Stressor of clinicians, weights of the dimensions and the theory model, to discover the relationship between each pressure source and work Burnout, and to provide references for the hospi-tal's manpower decision-making.Methods: used random sampling to get a randomized sample of 360 clinicians in five 3A Grade Hospitals of Beijing. The research scales'each demension used Likert five-scale measurement. The analysis of the data used SPSS11.0 Software Package. Used factor analysis and model fitting methods, the model frame of clinicians'work Burnout and pressure sources were discussed. Through logistic-regression analysis, the influencing factors of the clinicians'work Burnout and pressure sources were selected. Used literature analysis and optimal selection method, focus group interviews and individual interview, delphi method and prevalence survey, the scale of clinicians'Job Stressor was compiled.Results: 1. The model of work Burnout among clinicians had three factors, including emotional exhaustion, depersonalization, and reduced personal accomplishment. 2. The level of social support influenced work Burnout. 3. Job satisfaction was negatively associ-ated to work Burnout. 4. The validity and reliability of clinicians pressure sources scale was high. The clinician's pressure sources scale was easy to understand and answer, and adapted to measure and estimate clinicians'pressure sources. 5. The model of Job Stressor among clinicians had five factors, including specialty, workload and time budget, working environment and resource, diagnosis and treatment for patients, and management and in-terpersonal relationship.
