1ObjectiveThis clinical study, through the observation method of yiqi huoxue phlegm treatment of Acutelung injury (Acute lung injury ALI) in patients with qi deficiency, blood stasis phlegm obstructiontype), were observed before and after the treatment of Acute physiology and chronic healthconditions (APACHE)=Ⅱ score, lung injury score (LIS), blood gas analysis index (PH, PaO2,PaCO2,), and oxygen index (OI), blood lactic acid (LAC), hypersensitive c-reactive protein (hs-CRP), inflammatory factor, interleukin6(IL-6), tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF alpha) levels ofchange and influence, from the aspects of clinical symptoms, signs and laboratory indexes andconventional western medicine treatment group comparison analysis, and to verify the method ofQi-boosting blood-quickening phlegm-dispersing treatment the curative effect ofAcute lung injury (ALI), to combine traditional Chinese and western medicine is effective for thetreatment of Acute lung injury treatment, for the Chinese medicine treatment of qi deficiency andblood stasis phlegm obstruction type of Acute lung injury (ALI) provide certain scientific basis.2MethodsChoose hospital in anhui province in August2012to December2012, acute lung injuryadmitted to the ICU (qi deficiency and blood stasis phlegm obstruction type) in patients with60cases, in establishing the strict diagnostic criteria, inclusion criteria, weed out on the basis of thestandard and standard of curative effect observation of using randomized, balance, control principle, randomly divided into two groups, control group,30cases in treatment group30cases.(the controlgroup in the conventional western medicine treatment actively treating the primary disease,anti-infection, correct water and electrolyte acid-base balance disorders, nutritional support, whennecessary, noninvasive and invasive mechanical ventilation, etc.), the treatment group on the basis ofconventional western medicine therapy plus for reasons qi and eliminating phlegm method (ginsenginjection+tanshinone Ⅱ A sulfonic acid sodium injection+to cough and gasp the flat particles (forcold phlegm syndrome differentiation) or phlegm heat injection (for heat phlegm syndrome differentiation), two groups of patients with the treatment for7days. On two groups of patientsbefore and after treatment of APACHE-Ⅱ grade, LIS, cytokines (IL-6, TNF alpha), the change ofblood gas analysis and laboratory indexes were observed, and analyze the clinical effect of twogroups of patients.3Results3.1Score: after treatment, APACHE-Ⅱ score, LIS score, symptom score decreasedsignificantly, and the control group had significant difference (P<0.05).3.2Respiratory frequency and blood gas analysis: after treatment of respiratoryfrequency decreased significantly, and the control group had significantdifference(P<0.05); PaO2, OI increased significantly, and the control group hadsignificant difference (P<0.05).3.3Laboratory indexes: hs-CRP and LAC levels were significantly lower after treatmentin treatment group, and control group with significant differences (P<0.05).3.4Indicators of inflammation: IL-6and TNF-α levels were significantly lower aftertreatment in treatment group, and control group with significant differences (P<0.05).3.5The clinical comprehensive therapeutic effect: the treatment efficiency significantlyimprove the total group after treatment, there was statistically significant differencecompared with the control group (<0.05).4ConclusionQi-boosting blood-quickening phlegm-dispersing Therapy can significantly lowerin patients with acute lung injury in APACHE-score, LIS score and symptom score, clinical efficacy. The method of Qi-boosting blood-quickening phlegm-dispersing by inhibiting inflammation, immune function, antioxi-dation, regulation of water channelprotein and the regulation of abnormal coagulation and fibrinolysis system mechanism, improve the oxygen partial pressure, improve oxygenation index, reduce inflammatoryfactors and blood lactic acid level, so as to achieve the purpose of treating disease, improve the prognosis of patients with acute lung injury. Safety observation, this studyhas no obvious adverse drug reaction, provides objective and scientific basis for thetreatment of acute lung injury combining traditional Chinese and Western medicine, embodies the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine.
