Clinical Experience Of Applying 'Warming Yang,quickening Blood And Dispersing Fluid'in The Treatment Of Hyperlipemia By Professor Qian Lin-chao

OBJECTIVE:The objective of this study is to summarize and analysis of Professor Qian Linchao using 'warming yang,quickening blood and dispersing fluid'method in the treatment of hyperlipemia clinical TCM prescription method,summarize and study the clinical experience of treating internal diseases with warming yang treatment.METHODS:The first part is the literature review,which includes two summarization.The first one is the overview of warming yang method,aims to clear the concept of warming yang method,the sort of the origin,list of its clinical application,introduces the warming yang method.The second one is the study of the application of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of hyperlipemia,respectively,from the diagnosis and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine to discuss hyperlipemia.The second part is the summary of the experience.Professor Qian Linchao has been engaged in the teaching and clinical work of traditional Chinese medicine for more than 30 years.He has his own unique views on the prevention and treatment of hyperlipemia in traditional Chinese medicine,and has accumulated rich clinical experience.I have collected the cases of hyperlipemia treated by Professor Qian Linchao.From the aspects of etiology,pathogenesis,treatment and prescription,we analyzed,discussed and summarized the clinical experience of Professor Qian Linchao in treating hyperlipemia by warming yang,quickening blood and dispersing fluid method.RESULTS:Since ancient times,the warming yang is widely used in Chinese medicine.The ancient physicians develop its theory and application in the use of warming yang method.In recent years,warming yang is also a great play in the clinical treatment of various diseases.Professor Qian believed that the incidence of hyperlipemia was closely related to Yang deficiency and blood stasis and fluid retention.It can be explained from the Yang deficiency and the fluid of evil spirits of traditional Chinese medicine.Its pathogenesis can be summarized as the heart and spleen kidney yang deficiency,blood stasis and fluid stops.The treatment should be dominated by 'warming yang,quickening blood and dispersing fluid'.Wulingsan is used as the basic prescription for the treatment.CONCLUSIONS:The method of 'warming yang,quickening blood and dispersing fluid'is of great value in the treatment of hyperlipemia.The application of this method is also enlightening to the treatment of other diseases of internal medicine.It deserves our further study.
