Objective: to the compensated2A cirrhosis of hepatitis C virus inpatients with Qi deficiency and blood stasis and type of interferon a-2band Leigh Bhave Lin conventional antiviral therapy based on polyethyleneglycol, the combined use of C mixture, through clinical observation, toexplore the disease in western medicine combined feasibility for furtheruse, lay the theoretical foundation. Methods: Compensated cirrhosis in patients with HCV HCV-RNA positive60cases of type2A, TCM syndrome of qi deficiency and Blood Stasis Toxinstagnation type, were randomly divided into treatment group30cases weregiven subcutaneous injection of pegylated interferon a-2b (PegIntron)1times per week,80ug, oral Leigh Bhave Lin900mg/day, and use of C mixturejoint,30cases in the control group only the use of pegylated interferona-2b, Leigh Bhave Lin, used as the treatment group, and the decrease ofwhite blood cells is lower than4×109/L when given by the oral batylalcohol and vitamin B4combination, each group for24weeks,24weeks aftertreatment were once, changes of clinical symptoms, physical signs, bloodroutine, biochemical examination HCV-RNA negative rate, etc. Results: in the treatment of patients with compensated cirrhosis ofhepatitis C2A after treatment, serum HCV-RNA rapid response and at theend of the response and the control group had no significant difference(P>0.05), no statistical significance. The two group in the earlyresponse and sustained response in treatment group than in control group (P<0.05), there was statistical significance. The treatment group inimproving the clinical symptoms, blood routine, biochemical and imagingexamination (B ultrasound) compared with the control group have bettereffect (P<0.05), and the results were statistically significant. Conclusion: C mixture with pegylated interferon a-2b (PegIntron), hasobvious advantages when combined with Leigh Bhave Lin to improve theChinese medicine dialectical for hepatitis C, Qi deficiency and BloodStasis Toxin stagnation type cirrhosis2a of symptoms, biochemical, radiological improvement. |
