The Relevant Research Of Qi Xia Xiao Ying Mixture Intervening The Efficacy And Sex Hormone Of Hashimoto''s Hyroidtis With Hypothyroidism In Childearing Age Women

Objective: Observation of Qi Xia Xiaoying mixture formerly known as the "Xia Shao Xiao gall mixture" as the basic side, women of childbearing age in the treatment of patients with Hashimoto's thyroiditis hypothyroidism during clinical curative effect. To explore the correlation between the changes of sex hormones and the disease, hope that the future medical staff should pay attention to the reproductive endocrine function of women of reproductive age women with thyroid disease, to provide a wide range of ideas for the diagnosis and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:( 1) Selected 30 patients without thyroid disease healthy women of childbearing age physical examination persons as healthy group, and 60 cases with into the conditions of women of childbearing age of Hashimoto's thyroiditis hypothyroidism group, compared two groups of patients with menstrual 3-5 of the natural hormone levels, according to the statistical analysis and whether the two groups are different.(2)According to the principle of randomized controlled clinical observation, 60 cases with into the conditions of women of childbearing age of Hashimoto's thyroiditis hypothyroidism during TCM is the stagnation of liver Qi with deficiency of the spleen and the folder of the kidney deficiency patients were divided into treatment group and control group. The control group given routine treatment of levothyroxine sodium;treatment group in the control group adds the clothing Qi Xia Xiaoying mixture, one dose daily. One teatment period is three menstrual cycles. Observed the changes of integral level of thyroid hormone and thyroid antibody levels, menstruation 3-5 nature hormone levels and TCM Syndrome in the two groups after treatment,The evaluation of clinical efficacy after statistical treatment.Results:(1) By comparison, it was found that the Hashimoto's thyroiditis hypothyroidism group lactation compared with plain health examination group increased, estradiol, progesterone compared to healthy controls reduced, the difference between the two groups has statistical significance(P < 0.01)?(2)(1)Compared with patients with Hashimoto's thyroiditis hypothyroidism after treatment, control group and treatment group FT3, FT4 were compared with before rising, TSH decreased thyroid globulin antibody(TGAb) and thyroid peroxidase(TPO) antibody titers were compared with before treatment decreased in both groups before and after treatment of FT3 and FT4, TSH, TPOAb, TGAb antibody titers were significantly different(P < 0.01); group and treatment group, the serum FT3, FT4 levels, serum TSH, TPOAb, TGAb antibody titer decreased levels were better than the control group(P < 0.05), Qi Xia Xiaoying mixture in improving FT3, FT4, TSH, TPOAb, TGAb antibody titer is superior to that of simple western medicine.(2)In patients with Hashimoto's thyroiditis hypothyroidism after treatment, two groups of lactating were decreased, but the treatment group of lactating) decreased significantly compared with the control group(P < 0.01); estradiol in two groups after treatment were significantly increased, but the treatment group than in the control group of estradiol were significantly higher(P < 0.05).(3)In patients with Hashimoto's thyroiditis hypothyroidism after treatment, compared the clinical efficacy of the two groups, the treatment group total efficiency is 93.33%. In the control group,the total effective rate was 76.67%. In the treatment group, the total efficiency is higher than that of the control group(P < 0.05).(4)Qi Xia Xiaoying mixture in terms of security,the less adverse reactions, good security and compliance.Conclusion: Women of childbearing age patients with Hashimoto's thyroiditis hypothyroidism period have sex hormone Disorder. Alternative therapies in addition to Qi Xia Xiaoying mixture.Can improve the level of thyroid hormone, reduce the thyroid autoantibodies TGAb, TPOAb content, regulation of female reproductive endocrine hormone abnormal, reduce the destruction of thyroid tissue, Recovery of thyroid function.
