Purpose:To provide clinical basis and research train of thought by exploring in0-14years old of the pathogenesis of bronchial asthma related factors, for the furtherunderstanding of children bronchial asthma incidence causes asthma prevention andcontrol.Method: Developing《The questionnaire of children of bronchial asthma in0-14yearsold'related factors》and 《The questionnaire of children of respiratory tract infection in0-14years old'disease related factors》,using uniform questionnaire, in the form ofquestionnaire survey to investigate and analysis of children asthma related factors of thedisease. Recycling questionnaire first screening, then turning qualified questionnairesurvey into the computer, and through SPSS19.0statistical software, using chi-squaremethod to record the data for statistical analysis, to investigate the various relevantfactors of asthma in children. Then using multivariate logistic regression analysismethod, to evaluate various factors related to childhood asthma combined effect of thedisease.Result:In this survey, asthma group(cases group) has161cases of asthma children in0-14years old, and the infection group (controlled group) with84cases of respiratorytract infection. Cases group has97cases of boys,64girls; Minimum age is14,maximum is6months, the average age is6.41years. The controlled group has51boysand33girls; Minimum age is14,maximum is6months, the average age is6.37years. Itis comparable between the two groups on the sex and age(P>0.05).In related factorsanalysis, getting that eczema, urticaria, allergic rhinitis and sinusitis or atopic dermatitis, history of allergies, family history of asthma and poor health have significant differenceby chi-square test(P<0.01).Environmental factors in the furniture as using mouldedboard, home keep pets or flowers and plants, indoor have mildew spot phenomenon, room before and after childbirth have decorated, family smoking and heavy air pollution, change garments according to the susceptible, the weather gets cold have the significantdifference(P<0.01);Having a plush toy and carpet, easy onset in autumn and winter havestatistical significance (P<0.05).Dietary factors in the diet is addicted to cold and heat orsweet have significant difference(P<0.01);addicted to salty and artificial feeding factorshave statistical significance(P<0.05).Emotion factors with children who always easilyfrightened and easily feel tired have significant difference(P<0.01);easily being angryhas statistical significant(P<0.05).Respiratory tract infection factors of viral infectionand bacterial infection factors have significant difference(P<0.01); mycoplasmainfection factor has statistical significant (P<0.05).Cesarean section factors hassignificant difference (P<0.01);premature and low birthweight babies, excessivemovement and drug abuse have statistical significant (P<0.05).Multiple factors logisticregression analysis show that: the family history, poor health, eczema, allergic rhinitis, liking eating cold and heat, liking sweets, respiratory viral infections, heavy airpollution, family smoking have significant difference (P<0.01).First asthma incidence70.80%within5years old, and accounted for72.67%of the disease in autumn andwinner.Conclusion:1.The related factors of children of bronchial asthma in0-14yearsold(HeFei) have respiratory tract infection, genetic factors, atopic constitution, environmental factors, excessive movement, mental factors and dietary factors, but therespiratory tract infection (especially viral infection),genetic factors, atopic constitutionand environmental factors are the main factors.2.The children of bronchial asthma in0-14years old(HeFei)is associated with age andsex, onset of asthma for the first time mainly concentrated within5years old, the more isboy.3.The onset of asthma associate with season, more for fall and winter, and easily induced asthma when the season changes.
