Objectives: To explore the relationship between TCM syndromes of childhood bronchial asthma in remission and related factors that caused its occurrence, and provide the differentiation evidence for the treatment. Methods: Through questionnaire, collect the children's diagnostic material who is in accord with the diagnostic criteria of traditional Chinese and western medicine, then establish a date base , process the relevant date by statistics and analyze the correlation of different pathogenic factors ,different clinical symptoms and the TCM syndromes. Results: 240 cases were investigated, in which there were 134 cases belong to the deficiency of both the lung and the spleen syndrome, and 106 cases belong to the deficiency of both the lung and the kidney syndrome. By statistical analysis, TCM syndromes of childhood bronchial asthma in remission have no significant correlation with gender, age, the initial onset ages, inducing factors, birth season, feeding history, season, family asthma/ allergy history, personal allergy history, allergic disease history, parents'smoking history and history of positive allergen test (P > 0.05 ), but have significant correlation with the course, birth situation, pregnancy situation, the time that often attack, severity of the attack, and physical types(P < 0.05) .Conclusion: The TCM syndromes of childhood bronchial asthma in remission is related to the course, birth situation, pregnancy situation, the time that often attack, severity of the attack, and physical types, so we should refer to the related factors in clinical syndrome differentiation in order to perfect the clinical syndrome factor and improve the syndrome differentiation level.
