The three groups were observed the difference between the two groups of curative effect after two weeks of continuous use.Data were analyzed by SPSS17.0statistical software, using the X2test, analysis of variance, t test, the difference was statistically significant in P<0.05, P<0.01has significant difference.ResultsJing Sanhuang lotion combined Qingpeng ointment in the treatment the efficiency is88.89%, control group a efficiency was58.3%, control group b efficiency is64%, compared with three groups p<0.05, the treatment group and the control group A and group B were compared with P were less than0.05, the Jing Sanhuang lotion combined Qingpeng ointment in the treatment of infantile eczema efficiency higher than the control group A and control group B. After treatment, the clinical total score in the three groups were decreased. And the three group after treatment the clinical total integral comparison, the clinical score of treatment group was lower than the control group A and B. Infantile eczema in acute type, after treatment treatment group of clinical total score lower than the control group A and no obvious difference to control group B. Infantile eczema in subacute type, clinical score after treatment in the treatment group were lower than the control group A and B. And the baby in the treatment group, acute eczema compared with subacute eczema, after treatment the acute infantile eczema clinical total score and sub acute eczema clinical total score have no difference.ConclusionResearch results show that:the effective rate of infantile eczema in Jing Sanhuang lotion combined Qingpeng ointment was higher than that in the control group A and control group B. The total clinical score after treatment in treatment group were lower than the control group A and control group B. infantile eczema in acute type, after treatment treatment group of clinical total score lower than the control group A and have no obvious difference from control group B, infantile eczema in subacute type, clinical score after treatment in the treatment group were lower than the control group A and B. While the infantile eczema in acute infantile eczema and subacute eczema, Jing Sanhuang lotion combined of Qingpeng ointment in two groups have no difference.
