Children’s obesity has lead to many health problems, and has a strong continuity. Children’s cognitive level of health directly affected their life habits, thus affecting the normal development of their bodies. On the basis of the literature review and with the help of statistical software (SPSS18.0and AMOS7.0), this study has established Children’s Health Awareness Questionnaire designed for Shanghai and finished a quasi-experimental study design of motion-based comprehensive intervention for obese children under school background. This study used mixed linear model analysis to find the intervention results in obese children’s physique, body composition, physical fitness, blood lipids and health cognition.Results:1. After item analysis and exploratory factor analysis of cognitive Child Health Questionnaire, after screening the remaining21questions, three dimensions, confirmatory factor analysis of the questionnaire model goodness of fit is better.2. With motion-based integrated intervention can reduce the proportion of obese children, to prevent a sharp rise in childhood obesity rates, especially for children with severe obesity rate control.3. Anaerobic exercise can most effectively control the excessively rapid growth of obese children’s weight, make body mass index (BMI) and hip circumference become lower, reduce the waistline of children with mild and moderate obesity; Comprehensive movement can most effectively reduce the waistline of children with severe obesity. However, height and thigh circumference are not obviously affected.4. Anaerobic exercise can most effectively reduce triceps skinfold thickness, subscapular skinfold thickness, body fat percentage and fat content of all obese children and abdominal skinfold thickness of children with mild and moderate obesity, comprehensive sports can most effectively reduce abdominal skinfold thickness of children with severe obesity. Body muscle content is not obviously affected.5. Aerobic oriented sports can most effectively improve the score of standing long jump,50m*8shuttle run, sit and reach; Anaerobic dominated sport can most effectively improve the speed of50m run; Comprehensive sports can most effectively improve the score of standing long jump and sit-ups. But there was no significant changes in the basal metabolic rate and grip strength.6. The aerobic group total cholesterol (TC) levels significantly reduceded. During the intervention, triglyceride (TG), high density lipoprotein (HDL) and low density lipoprotein (LDL) are not obviously affected by the movement.7. The cognitive ability of children in the anaerobic group has significantly improved. Obese children’s cognitive ablity of mental health and social adaptation has no significant positive change under the intervention. According to the results, the conclusions are as follows:1. This article compiled a good reliability and validity of the questionnaire can be used as primary health awareness measurement tool, which has a total of21questions, including cognitive health, mental health and social adaptation of cognitive health awareness three dimensions.2. Motion-based integrated intervention can reduce the obesity rate and improve the body shape, body composition and blood lipids, the basic body quality of obese children. Under the intervention, aerobic oriented sports can most effectively improve the score of standing long jump,50m*8shuttle run, sit and reach and promote formation of explosive power, aerobic endurance, muscle strength quality, while effectively reducing total cholesterol (TC) levels of obese children; Anaerobic dominated sport can most effectively control the excessively rapid growth of obese children’s weight, body fat content and percentage, triceps skinfold thickness, subscapular skinfold thickness, lower body mass index (BMI), waist and abdominal skinfold thickness, hip of children with mild and moderate obesity, improve the speed of50m run; Comprehensive sports can most effectively improve the level of lung capacity, standing long jump and sit-ups, while reducing the waistline and abdominal skinfold thickness of children with severe obesity.3. Exercise based comprehensive intervention at school can improve the health cognition of obese children to some extent, anaerobic dominated sport can effectively improve obese children’s cognitive level of health.4. School-based, movement-based, integrated intervention model can simultaneously improve the situation of obese children from physiological and psychological level, enhance their overall health benefits.
