Clinical Research Of Heze Particles With Diet-Exercise Therapy In Children Simple Obesity

Objective This study used to observe the change after the trea tment of Heze particles with the diet-exercise therapy of patie nt's BMI,WHR,PBF,liver function,GLU,Ins,the leptin and ad iponectin level and other related indicators.Then to discuss a nd observe the clinical curative effect,efficacy and side eff ects in the clinical medications of Heze particles with diet-ex ercise therapy,providing a reliable basis for clinical use of Heze particles on treating children simple obesity.Methods 1.All 30 cases patients of this clinical research sele cted from children growth and development clinic of Hubei Provi ncial hospital of TCM.According to the children's weight and B MI,personal and family history,and the characteristics of cli nical symptoms and signs,after excluding the some related dise ases,referring to the diagnosis standard of simple obesity,spl een deficiency with dampness type were included in this study.2.Based on the dietand exercise intervention therapy,boiling Heze particles with water take orally before meals,can also take time frequency.3.A month for a period of treatment;safety and effica cy evaluation were observed after three courses,recorded the weight,BMI and PBF of obese children by JAWON MEDICAL the b ody fat measuring device,measuring waist and hip circumference,then calculate to the WHR;the observation indexes Liver funct ion:including ALT and AST,CHOL,TG,LDL-C,HDL-C;Blood glucose indexes: GLU and Ins;and detection of the leptin and adiponec tin levels.4.Have the ECG,blood,urineand liver ultrasound exami nation and other related inspection before and after treatment for safety evaluation.Results 1.The use of Heze particles with diet-exercise therapy for children with simple obesity(spleen deficiency with dampne ss type)a total of 30 cases,which healed in 3 cases,8 cases were markedly effective,15 cases were effective,invalid 4 cas es,the total effective rate was 86.7%.2.Before and after the treatment of children obesity,the main syndrome of lassitude and heaviness and secondary symp toms of oliguria,anorexia,abdominal distention,edema symptom s comparison,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Heze particles with diet-exercise therapy can decrease in o besity,improve children lassitude and heaviness,abdominal dis tention,anorexia,oliguria,edema and other symptoms.3.The differences of body weight,BMI,waist and hip ci rcumference,PBF before and after the treatment were statistica lly significant(P<0.05),but there is no significant differenc e of WHR(P>0.05).Heze particles with diet-exercise therapy can reduce children's BMI,PBF,body weight,waist and hip circumfe rence,appropriate to reduce the WHR.4.Comparison the indexes of CHOL,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C before and after the treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Heze particles with diet-exercise therapy c an effectively reduce the patients blood CHOL,TG,LDL-C level,andrise the level of HDL-C.5.Before and after treatment in children with Insulin l evel,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05),and GLU levels were in normal level,but the difference was not sta tistically significant(P>0.05).Heze particles with diet-exerci se therapy can effectively reduce the insulin level,hold the GL U at a normal level.6.Comparison of leptin and adiponectin levels in patien ts before and after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Heze particles with diet-exercise therapy can reduce the level of leptin and the adiponectin levels was i ncreased.Conclusion Heze particles with diet-exercise therapy to improv e the clinical symptoms in children with simple obesity in a ce rtain extent,reduce the obesity related indicators that it hav e a better curative effect,side effects and reliably,worthy o f clinical application.
