It tests the representativeness and credibility of the Delphi method by calculating indexes such as experts’ positive coefficient, authority coefficient and coordination of experts’ advice.Results①Establishes an index system for the evaluation of community nurses’ core competence, which includes6level-1indexes,22level-2and58level-3indexes. the weight of level-1indexes were ranked in the order of professional practice(0.3184), communication and coordination (0.2527),critical thinking (0.1787), expertise develop-ment (0.1158), legal and ethical judgments (0.0803), management (0.0541).②The positive coefficient of two-rounds experts’ consultation are respectivel-y90%,100%; au thority coefficient is0.85; the level-1and level-2indexes of coordina-tion coefficient a fter two-rounds experts’ consultation are0.292,0.326.Conclusion It establishes the index system for the evaluation of community nurses’ core competence, which provide a reference for the appointment, evaluation of community nurses, and curriculum for community nursing.
