Clinical Observation Of Self-Made Decoction In Treatment Of Chronic Atrophic Gastritis Of Splbenstomacah Dampheat Syndrome

Objective:Observation of Self-made wei pi tuo hua Decoction in the tr etmeat of chronic atrophic gastritis of spleen stomach damp heat syndro me clinical curative effect, to provide effective prescriptions for the tre atment of chronic atrophic gastritis in tcm.Methods:Choose60cases with chronic atrophic gastritis of spleen sto mach damp heat syndrome diagnosed patients, patients from2013March-2014year second hospital affiliated to Heilongjiang University Of Chines e Medicine in March hospital digestive out patient department of interna1medicine, and were randomly dividedin to treatment group and control group,30cases in each group, the treatment group given Self-made wei pi tuo hua decoction oral treatment, the control group was given San ji u wei tai granules in the treatment group, two in the treatment period, al1want to disable the other medicine for treating gastropathy. All12week s after treatment to observe the two groups before and after treatment th e main clinical symptoms and pathological improvement.Result:Self-made wei pi tuo hua Decoction syndrome support group t otal effectiveness93.33%, San jiu wei tai granules groups of TCM synd rome to communicate the total efficiency of60%. Treatment of integral gr oup symptoms and control group each symptom curative effect integral co mparison difference (P<0.05), improve the epigastric fullness, stomach p ain, pain, nausea, epigastric burning, bad breath, yellow urine symptoms of thetrea tment group was better than the control group. Pathological effe ct improved compared with statistical significance (P<0.05), the control gr oup had no statistical significance (P>0.05).Conclusion:Through analysis and comparison, show Self-made wei pi tuo hua Decoction in treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis of spleen stomach damp heat syndrome curative effect, Self-made wei pi tuo hua Decoction can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients wi th chronic atrophic gastritis of spleen stomach damp heat syndrome, wit h Self-made wei pi tuo hua Decoction on patients with supporting pathology of chronic atrophic gastritis of spleen and stomach heat dampness syndr ome can improve some effect of.
