Study Of Xuefuzhuyu Decoction Combined Tranexamic Acid Treatment Of Chloasma Clinical Efficacy Of A Ring

Purpose:Study of Xuefuzhuyu decoction combined tranexamic acid treatment of chloasma (qi stagnation and blood stasis)clinical efficacy of a ring.Methods:Through traditional medicine, modern medical research and the combination of theory and clinical practice of many dermatologists, this study takes an in-depth look into Xuefuzhuyu decoction and tranexamic acid clinical efficacy of the combination treatment of chloasma. Cases are from November2012to March2014from First Affiliated Hospital University of Chinese Medicine dermatology clinic, a total of108cases. Divided into three groups, the treatment group of36patients received combined Xuefuzhuyu decoction tranexamic acid. The first control group is given tranexamic acid. The second control group are treated with Xuefuzhuyu Decoction. The treatment group and the control group were observed for12weeks. By observing the color of skin lesions and the lesions subsided area of giving score, analysis on the difference of curative effect are between the3groups.Result:The treatment group’s effective rate is94.44%, the first control group’s effective rate is72.22, the second control’s effective rate is77.78. After statistics processing, the three groups have differences (P﹤0.05).The treatment group was better than control groups(P<0.05). The treatment group in the color of skin lesions subsided and lesion area are difference from the control group (P﹤0.05)Conclusion:Xuefuzhuyu decoction combined with application of tranexamic acid have exact curative effect in treating chloasma, using the combined method can better play to their respective advantages of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine, and the treatment method is simple, high compliance, non-toxic side effects, and is worthy of spreading.
