Clinical Observation Of Huashi Lidan Prescription Treating Chronic Cholecystitis With Qi Stagnation And Damp Blockage

Objective:Through Professor of Xie Jingri’sexperience Huashi Lidan prescription in treating chronic cholecystitis of qi stagnation and damp blockage type clinical observation to assess its efficacy.Methods:Selected 46 chronic cholecystitis qi stagnation and damp blockage in patients with clinical observation, according to patients has numbered the before and after the treatment of self control observation method, gives Huashi Lidan prescription, daily 1 agent, with the 150 ml warm water flushes the clothing and lasted for 4 weeks. Before and after treatment, the indexes were observed and analyzed.Results:In 42 cases of patients after treatment, the total efficacy rate was 88.09%; the curative effect of TCM syndrome rate was 95.24%; before treatment and after treatment of the syndrome integral were 14.24±2.22,4.02 ±2.63, through statistical analysis, Z=-5.668, P<0.01, there was significant difference statistically, with statistical significance; main symptoms before and after treatment (flank pain, abdominal distention, body weight), secondary symptoms (pain shoulder, irritability, sigh, anorexia) and signs (right epigastric tenderness) integral comparison (P<0.01), there are significant differences, with statistical significance after treatment; color Doppler imaging efficiency is 90.48%, before and after the the integral were 3.48±1.31,1.31±1.14, by statistical analysis, Z=-5.574, P<0.01, before and after treatment had significant differences, with statistical significance.Conclusions:1.The Huashi Lidan prescription can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and signs of chronic cholecystitis patients with qi stagnation and damp blockage.2. The Huashi Lidan prescription can improve Performance of color Doppler ultrasound imaging of chronic cholecystitis patients with qi stagnation and damp blockage.
