Clinical Observation Of Nourishing Yin To Extinguish Wind In Patients With Senile Recurrent Ischemic Stroke (Syndrome Of Endogenous Deficient Wind)

ObjectiveThis study plans through the clinical comparative observation,to treatment senile recurrent ischemic stroke(syndrome of endogenous deficient wind)with Zhengan Xifeng Tang(Decoction of Sedating the Liver to Calm Wind).Objective to evaluating the effect of nourishing yin to extinguish wind.MethodIn accordance with the method of randomized grouping observation.According to TCM syndrome classification standards,diagnostic criteria of Chinese medicine and western medicine diagnostic criteria,the selection of the patients with recurrent ischemic stroke from March 2016 to February 2017,geriatrics department(the inpatient department and outpatient department)Wuhan No.1 hospital(Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Hospital)of patient wards;50 patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,25 patients in a group.The control group take conventional western medicine(antiplatelet therapy+ lipid-lowering therapy+ neuro protective therapy.at),the treatment group take conventional treatment as well as the control group at the same time taking Zhengan Xifeng Tang Granules.One bag of granules with 100 ml water,twice every day,for treatment of 2 weeks.Before and after treatment,both the two groups were evaluating by National Institute of Health stroke scale(NIHSS),Activities for Daily Living subscore(ADL),TCM clinical symptom scores assess and safety evaluation.Results(1)The clinical total effective rate of the treatment group was 85.7%,and control group the total effective rate was 47.6%,the treatment group can significantly improve the symptoms of syndrome of endogenous deficient wind related,its curative effect is superior to the control group(P<0.05).(2)Both the two groups after treatment,the serum levels of ET,S100-?,NIHSS score,ADL scores compared with before treatment were significantly decreased(P<0.05).(3)Treatment group and control group in improving hemiplegia,mouth eye askew,pulse string count has no obvious differences(P>0.05);Treatment group in improving the language difficulties,hypesthesia or disappear,dizziness,tinnitus,hand,foot and heart is hot,dry throat mouth dryness syndrome aspects has obvious advantages compared with control group(P<0.05);The security analysis shows,before and after medication had no adverse reactions and adverse events in the two groups,proved that the method of nourishing yin to extinguish wind is safe and effective prescription for the treatment of senile recurrent ischemic stroke.ConclusionThat nourishing yin to extinguish wind combined with conventional western medicine to treatment senile recurrent ischemic stroke(syndrome of endogenous deficient wind)is more significant than pure western medicine treatment,can significantly improve the language difficulties,hypesthesia or disappear,dizziness,tinnitus,hand,foot and heart is hot,dry throat mouth dryness syndromes.Our findings indicate that combination of disease and dialectical in treating senile recurrent ischemic stroke has good curative effect,which is worthy of further research and more application in clinical.
