Purpose: Through percutaneous scraping research, relieving convulsion, improve motor function.methods:90patients met the inclusion criteria were randomly (see Table A) were randomly divided into treatment group1, treatment group2and control group. The treatment group of1given ordinary acupuncture+percutaneous scraping swab (from the shouidei to the hand,Deviating from the classics direction) combined with rehabilitation training, the treatment group of2given ordinary acupuncture+percutaneous scraping swab (from hand to shoulder,Shun the direction) combined with rehabilitation training, while the control group was treated with common acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training. Treatment of I times a day (week1to Saturday).4weeks as a course. In1days before treatment evaluation indexes, evaluation of treatment every! weeks after modified Ashworth muscle tension score (see Table B), and4weeks after the treatment, assessment of Fugl Meyer motor function score (see Table C).By statistical analysis using statistical software SPSS16.0(1):the measurement data to do the exploratory analysis of normality test, in line with the normal distribution with single factor analysis of variance, does not meet the normal distribution using Kruskai-Wallis test;(2) grade data were compared with Ridit analysis. In order to test the level of P<0.05.results:The modified Ashworth muscle tension scale: after4weeks of treatment,3groups of upper limb spasm were significantly improved, compared among groups v ith significant differences, in which R (group1) and<R (group2) and<R (control group), the grade according to the "good" to "bad" order, the R said the smaller the better curative effect, so the effect of treatment group1>group2>control group; The treatment efficiency of statistics show:the treatment group of’with an efficiency of93.3%,2in the treatment group was83.3%, the effective rate of control group70%.Fugl Meyer motor function assessment: After4weeks of treatment,3groups of values of FMA were improved significantly, upper limb motor function were mproved significantly, comparison between groups had significant difference (P=0.000). the treatment group1,2motor function improvement was better than the control group, the treatment group of I motor function improved significantly. Conclusion:Percutaneous wiper arm meridian; and acupuncture, rehabilitation training can improve the upper limb spasticity in stroke patients, conducive to promoting the recovery of upper limb function in patients, so as to improve the clinical efficacy, improve the life quality of the patients.
