Clinical Observation Of Qumo Yimu Decoction Combined With Mifepristone And Misoprostol For Treating Blood Stasis Type Of Missed Abortion

Objective:Through the clinical therapeutic effect of Qumo Yimu decoction combined with mifepristone and misoprostol for treating blood stasis type of missed abortion were observed,and compared with mifepristone and misoprostol.Time of discharge embryo sac, vaginal bleeding amount and duration,the rate of complete abortion and curettage rate of patients in two groups were observed after treatment. Objective to evaluate the clinical efficacy of the two groups, to provide the scientific basis for the clinical use of the party, to summarize the academic characteristics and the experience of treatment of tutor.Methods:60cases of missed abortion were in accordance with thetopic selection criteria, randomly divided into the treatment group,the control group with30cases in each group. Treatment group was treated with Qumo Yimu decoction combined with mifepristone and misoprostol. The control group was treated with mifepristone and misoprostol.Follow up and complete observation table, record the time of embryo out,amount and duration of vaginal bleeding, the rate of complete abortion and curettage rate,and through statistical analysis,to observe the clinical curative effect of Qumo Yimu decoction combined with mifepristone and misoprostol for treating blood stasis type of missed abortion.Results:1.Before treatment two groups of subjects in age,menopausal duration,average diameter of the gestational sac, TCM symptoms and TCM syndrome showed no statistical difference (P>0.05).2.The total effective rate of treatment group was86.67%. Thetotal effective rate of the control group was63.33%. There was significant difference between two groups of patients (P<0.05). The efficacy of the treatment group is better than the control group.3.Two groups of embryo sac discharge time comparison,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), the treatment group in treating blood stasis type of missed abortion can effectively reduce embryo sac discharge time.4. After two groups of patients discharged embryo sac,amount of vaginal bleeding and bleeding time were statistically significant (P<0.05), illustrate the use of Qumo Yimu decoction combined with mifepristone and misoprostol for treating blood stasis type of missed abortion can effectively reduce the amount of vaginal bleeding and bleeding time. 5.The complete abortion rate was83.33%in treatment group,the control group the complete abortion rate was56.67%.There was significant difference between two groups of patients with abortion (P<0.05). Two groups of patients after treatment group in symptom total score, there was significant difference (P<0.05).The Qumo Yimu decoction combined with mifepristone and misoprostol can eliminate or improve clinical symptoms in patients withblood stasis type of missed abortion better.8.TCM syndrome comparison of two groups of patients before and after treatment,here were significant differences between groups and within groups (P<0.05),show that the two groups of patients after treatment can promote the embryo sac discharge,improve vaginal bleeding,abdominal pain and other symptoms, but the treatment group was better than the control group.9. Safety analysis:two groups of patients during treatment of ECG, blood routine, urine routine, stool routine, liver function, renal function and five coagulations had no abnormal change. The two groups have security.Conclusions:Qumo Yimu decoction combined with mifepristone and misoprostol can significantly eliminate or improve clinical symptoms in patients withblood stasis type of missed abortion, can reduce missed abortion; can reduce the embryo sac discharging time;can significantly reduce the amount of vaginal bleeding, reduce the vaginal bleeding days;can increase the complete abortion rate,reduce the rate of curettage,and the method is simple and convenient, high safety.
