Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Missed Abortion Belongs To Blood Stasis Type By Gongqing Recipe Combined With Mifepristone And Misoprostoland

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Gongqing Recipe combined with Mifepristone and Misoprostol in the treatment of missed abortion of blood stasis type,to expand the clinical application of Gongqing recipe,improve the clinical thinking of adjuvant treatment of MA with traditional Chinese medicine,and to explore the predictive value of serum estradiol（E₂）, progesterone（P）and human chorionic gonadotropin（β-HCG）levels on the outcome of MA.Methods:60 patients who met the standard were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,each with 30 cases.The treatment group was given Gongqing recipe combined with compound mifepristone and misoprostol.The control group was given Guizhi Fuling Capsule combined with compound mifepristone and misoprostol.The discharge time of gestational sac,vaginal bleeding volume and bleeding days,degree and duration of abdominal pain,curettage rate,pregnancy serological indexes before and after treatment were recorded,and the statistical data were analyzed by SPSS software.Results:1)The total clinical effective rate of the treatment group was 86.67%,and the curettage rate was 13.33%.In the control group,the total clinical effective rate was 60.0%,and the curettage rate was 40%,with statistical differences（P<0.05）;2)There are differences between the two groups in gestational sac discharge time,vaginal bleeding volume and bleeding days,the degree and duration of abdominal pain 24 hours after medication,menstruation time and menstrual volume,and the curative effect of the treatment group is more obvious（P>0.05）;There was no statistical differences between the two groups in the number of cases of spontaneous discharge of gestational sac within 24hours（P>0.05）;3)Before treatment,there was no difference in serum E₂,P andβ-HCG levels between the two groups（P>0.05）.After treatment,the pregnancy serological indexes of each group were significantly lower than those before treatment（P<0.01）.Compared with the control group,the serum E₂,P andβ-HCG in the treatment group decreased more obviously（P<0.05）.After treatment,the levels of E₂andβ-HCG in the non curettage group were lower than those in the curettage group（P<0.05）,but there was no difference in serum P level between the two groups（P>0.05）.Conclusion:Gongqing recipe can significantly enhance the clinical efficacy of mifepristone and misoprostol in the treatment of missed abortion of blood stasis type,shorten the time of fetal sac discharge,improve abdominal pain symptoms and reduce vaginal bleeding,reduce the rate of curettage,effectively reduce pregnancy serological indicators;Serum E₂、β-HCG has a great predictive value for the prognosis of missed abortion.The higher the value ofβ-HCG and P,the greater the possibility of curettage.However,serum P has no predictive value.
