| Objective:To observe the influence of promoting collaborative gynecological daughter capsule abortion endometrial involution and re-growth protection of blood Yimu or blood Yimu particles, and to discuss the mechanism of the pelvic blood flow dynamics.Methods:November 2010 to April 2011, Gynecology which is belong to Second Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, the patient was presented irregular bleeding of vagina after induced abortion or completely curettage of uterine cavity, who belong to blood deficiency and blood stasis syndrome which were randomly divided into observation group (co gynecological blood Yimu daughter capsule particles), the control group (new group of biological and chemical particles) and the control group (antibiotic group). Antibiotics were given levofloxacin 0.5g, po, and bid, combined with tinidazole 1g, po, and qd. Collaborative gynecological blood Yimu daughter particles in the capsule group was given antibiotic treatment combined with blood Yimu particles, take one package once with boiled water and 2 times a day, take gynecology daughter capsules two pills once for an oral use and 3 times a day. New chemical and biological particles in the antibiotic treatment group was given antibiotic treatment combined with new biological particles, take one package once with boiled water and 3 times a day. Observe the 10 days, and followed the patients's menstruation one month after treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms before and after treatment——signs, changes of abnormal vaginal bleeding, changes in bleeding time, blood changes, pelvic uterus, ovary and two radial artery Doppler indices for changes in uterine size, ovarian size, follicle, endometrial thickness. Application of SPSS 13.0 statistical analysis software for statistical analysis. Results:1. a total of 75 cases and 72 cases of patients was analyzed:25 cases of blood Yimu particle group, antibiotic group 24 cases,23 cases of new biochemical. Three groups (blood Yimu particle group, antibiotic group, the new biological and chemical group) correlation analysis is as follows:age (30.56±7.01,26.67±4.76,28.43±6.34), menopause (49.92±10.44,49.71±11.71,44.65±6.41 days), menstrual cycle (29.08±3.35,29.58±2.65,29.35±3.13 days), menstrual period (5.68±1.35,4.88±1.30,5.35±1.67) days, blood Hb before treatment (124.44±8.27,127.04±7.64,125.00±10.75), by testing all P> 0.05.2. Western medicine efficacy evaluation:markedly effective rate of blood Yimu particle group was 92%, and 79.17% of antibiotics group,86.96% of new biochemical group, (P<0.05). Ended time of vaginal blood after treatment were (3.24±1.20,5.21±1.41,4.22±1.31) days, the amount of vaginal bleeding after the treatment were (41.20±14.60,54.17±10.70,42.17±9.02) ml, by testing both (P <0.05).3. TCM efficacy evaluation Hou:markedly effective rate of blood Yimu particle group was 88%, and 54.17% of antibiotics group,65.22% of new biochemical group, (P<0.05). Blood Yimu pellet TCM symptoms scores after treatment (4.08±2.68) was significantly which is lower than the antibiotic group (7.00±4.64) and new biochemical group (5.82±2.89), P<0.05.4. Transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound monitoring after treatment of endometrial repair and pelvic blood flow in dynamic index ((PSV, RI, PI) value of the case:Transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound monitoring of endometrial thickness after treatment, blood Yimu particle group (0.53±0.18) cm was significantly greater than the antibiotic group (0.39±0.18) cm and new biochemical group (0.39±0.17) cm, P<0.05.5. Uterine artery PSV values, blood Yimu particle group (37.32±10.78) was significantly greater than the antibiotic group (34.95±10.94) and new biochemical group (35.23±11.10), P<0.05. Uterine artery RI and PI values have no significant difference between the three forms, P> 0.05. Left ovarian artery PSV values, blood significantly greater than the antibiotic group (34.95±10.94) and new biochemical group (35.23±11.10), P<0.05. Uterine artery RI and PI values have no significant difference between the three forms, P> 0.05. Left ovarian artery PSV values, blood Yimu particle group (16.93±3.86) was significantly greater than the antibiotic group (13.95±3.63) and new biochemical group (14.00±3.44), P<0.05. The left ovarian artery PI values, blood Yimu particle group (2.56±1.01) was significantly greater than the antibiotic group (1.83±0.65) and new biochemical group (2.35±1.08), P<0.05. The value of the left ovarian artery RI between the three groups showed no significant difference, P> 0.05. The right ovarian artery PSV values, blood Yimu particle group (18.82±3.98) was significantly greater than the antibiotic group (13.98±4.48) and new biochemical group (15.75±3.24), P<0.05. The right ovarian artery PI values, blood Yimu particle group (2.39±1.24) was significantly greater than the antibiotic group (1.56±0.76) and new biochemical group (1.86±1.05), P<0.05. The value of the right ovarian artery RI between the three groups showed no significant difference, P> 0.05.6. Hands of radial artery PSV, RI, PI values showed no significant difference, P> 0.05.7. Follow-up operation Hou first menstrual cycle:operation Hou first menstrual instance date and operation interval days observation group (29.3±2.54) days, blank controlled group (32.63±4.73) days, controlled group (30.86±2.91) days; operation Hou first menstrual by volume observation group (61±12.52) ml, blank controlled group (46.56±12.07) ml, controlled group (47.14±12.51) ml,P<0.05.Conclusions:1 Blood Yimu particles have the significant effects on post-abortion and curettage after medical abortion (blood deficiency and blood stasis syndrome) patients, it could significantly reduce the amount of vaginal bleeding and shorten the time of vaginal bleeding, alleviate and improve the abdominal pain or tingling Shenpi fatigue, dizziness, weak waist, pale complexion and other symptoms of blood deficiency and blood stasis. Blood Yimu particles can improve the blood Hb level comparing with the newer biological particles. 2 Blood effects of gynecological gold capsule particles together with the new particles, and simple compared to antibiotics, can better help repair damaged after endometrial, protection of uterus, uterine vessels, regulating Chong, ren Qi and blood, help establish normal menstrual cycle, return to normal by color, by volume, mass, to achieve the objective of protection of women's fertility again.3 Blood Yimu particles, biological particles and pure new antibiotic (levofloxacin, tinidazole) are all no effect on the uterine and ovarian artery RI value.3 Induced abortion (including abortion) major injuries, uterus, uterine vessels, any of the uterine vessels and red blood, and run no obvious effect on the whole body blood, clinical treatment and focus can be placed in the uterus, uterine vessels, uterine vessels and jumping on the condition of the blood. |
