The Clinical Research About Zhiyu Decoction Treating Qi And Blood Stasis Type Chronic Pelvic Pain Of Endometriosis

Objectives:This topic discusses the influence of Zhiyu Decoction on Qi and Blood Stasis Type Chronic pelvic pain of Endometriosis,by observing the symptoms and signs of endometriosis patients before and after medication,with the method of taking the pure Zhiyu Decoction and taking Zhiyu Decoction besides external application,based on the idea of treatment based on syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine, to illuminate the objective basis of the clinical effects of Zhiyu Decoction.Methods:Ninety cases of differentiation of symptoms and signs for Qi and Blood Stasis Type Chronic pelvic pain of Endometriosis were divided into oral treatment group,oral treatment besides external application group and control group (30cases in each group).Observe the change of CA-125,Chronic pelvic pain and the TCM syndrome effect before and after one MC、 two MC、 three MC’s treatment.Results:1. After three MC’s treatment,the CA-125of three groups reduced and was significantly (P<0.05), which indicated Patients with three groups all effectively reduce the CA-125, but the effect has obvious difference among the three groups.The group B(taking Zhiyu Decoction besides external application) could reduce the CA-125more effectively,and the group A and group C had no obvious difference To reduce the CA-125.2.After three MC’s treatment,the Chronic pelvic pain of three groups improved and was significantly (P<0.05),which indicated patients with three groups all effectively remit, The group B(taking Zhiyu Decoction besides external application) could remit the Chronic pelvic pain more effectively, and the group A and group C had no obvious difference to remit the Chronic pelvic pain.3. After three MC’s treatment,the TCM syndrome effect of three groups improved and was significantly (P<0.05),which indicated patients with three groups all effectively improved, The group B(taking Zhiyu Decoction besides external application) could improve the TCM syndrome effect more effectively, and the group A and group C had no obvious difference to improve the TCM syndrome effect.4.After the treatment of three menstrual cycle,the three group total effectiveness respectively is:the A group was70%, the B group was86.67%, the C group was73.33%.The three group total effectiveness was significantly with rank sum test P=0.034(P<0.05).The A group compared with the B group,P=0.019(P<0.05),which indicated the total effectiveness of A group is better than the B group.The A group compared with the C group,p=0.813(p)0.05),which indicated the total effectiveness of A group and the C group.had no difference.The B group compared with the C group,P=0.034(P<0.05),which indicated the total effectiveness of B group is better than the C group.Conclusion:All groups has good effect on treating qi and Blood Stasis Type Chronic pelvic pain of Endometriosis.All of them could reduce the CA-125, could remit the Chronic pelvic pain, could improve the TCM syndrome effect and improve the total effectiveness.But taking Zhiyu Decoction besides external application has better effect than other groups.
