Clinical Study About The Efficacy Of Jiaweilizhong Decoctio N With Wenwei Paste To Functional Dyspepsia (Spleen Deficie Ncy Syndrome)

Objective:This study aims at proving that Jiaweilizhong Decoction with Wenwei Paste is effective to Functional dyspepsia (Spleen Deficiency Syndrome), so that we can use it for clinical treatment.Method:We select those who diagnose with traditional Chinese medicine into spleen deficiency syndrome of Stomach Fullness, and with clinical medicine into Functional Dyspepsia patients90cases, according to the ratio of1:1:1, randomly divided into3groups. After treatment for four weeks, recording scores of TCM and MTL value changes each group before and after treatment, then data the analysis and statistics.Result:Differences in total symptom score and MTL values before and after the treatment among these three groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). The latter two have statistically significant in total symptom score、 MTL values、and the symptoms of liking warm, spitting water, poor appetite, not warm (P<0.05).Conclusion:Jiaweilizhong Decoction, Jiaweilizhong Decoction with Wenwei Paste on the treatment of Functional Dyspepsia (Spleen Deficiency Syndrome) and clinic medicine on FD has a similar effect, Besides, they are better on the symptoms of liking warm, spitting water, poor appetite, not warm.
