The Clinical Observation Of Massage With Inhibiting Wood And Strengthening Soil Paste In The Treatment Of Irritable Bowel Syndrome(Liver Stagnation And Spleen Deficiency Syndrome)

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Gaomo(inhibiting wood and strengthening soil paste)in the treatment of irritable bowel syndrome(liver stagnation and spleen deficiency syndrome). and to find more effective ideas or methods for the treatment of irritable bowel syndrome(liver stagnation and spleen deficiency syndrome).Methods: Collection of irritable bowel syndrome patients, a total of 64 cases, were randomly divided into two groups, treatment group and control group, each of 32 cases, the treatment group was treated with massage with inhibiting wood and strengthening soil paste, q.o.d, three times a week, treated for 4 weeks,and the control group was treated with Tong xie yao fang, bid,treated for 4 weeks. Clinical symptoms such as defecation frequency, stool characteristics, abdominal pain and other clinical symptoms were evaluated by scoring method, and the data were analyzed by SPSS 17.Results: According to the score of two groups of patients after treatment,the cure rate of the ointment group was 12.5%, the control group was 6.25%, the treatment group was significantly better than the control group. By statistical analysis,the two groups had statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion: Gaomo(inhibiting wood and strengthening soil paste) in the treatment of irritable bowel syndrome(liver stagnation and spleen deficiency syndrome) than the traditional Tong xie yao fang to curative effect is more exact and easy to be accepted, which is worthy of clinical popularization.
