AIM:By the clinical observation of self-made Qilong Decoction using for the treatment of migraine to the type of Qi-deficiency and Blood-stasis and objectively evaluating the clinical efficacy and safety, the effective Evidence-Based Medicine evidence was provided for the further research and development.Methods:From12,2012to1,2014,60cases, randomly selected in the encephalopathy expert outpatient service of integrative medicine of PLA General Hospital, follow the criteria-inclusion and exclusion-by the methods of a random sample of test and Before-After Study in the Same Patient. During this period,10cases were not taking medicine or with poor medication compliance,6of them were no longer able to be lost to follow-up, and16were eliminated for the purpose of invalidation. Eventually,44cases became the valid objects. The self-made Qilong Decoction for headache, take by the44objects, constitutes (Radix Astragali20g, Radix Angelicae Sinensis15g, Rhizoma Chuanxiong12g, Radix Paeoniae Alba20g, Chrysanthemum12g, Lumbricus12g, Radix Puerariae15g, Tribulus terrestris L15g, Radix Glycyrrhizae Preparate10g, Frankincense10g, Myrrh10g, Rhixoma gastrodiae10g), boils the medicine, takes300ml, and equally splits two doses for a day-150ml a time, twice per day, taken an hour after breakfast and dinner, and15days for a course of treatment. Then, the follow-up interviews processed after the end of the course of a month. Evaluation indicators includes the index of the treatment of migraine, seizure frequency, duration, extent, Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome, safety index and so on. During the evaluation, such medicines, as anodyne, tranquilizer, avoids using to interfere the experimental results in the treatment. Using Microsoft Excel2010and SPSS19.0software as tools processes and analyzes the data, where the result p<0.5is statistical, and vice versa.Result:1. The therapeutic effect indexes of Migraine:the total efficiency rate of44cases after treatment was72.7%; comparing with the effect of before-and-after treatment, the indexes of migraine, including the number of headache attacks, extent, duration, accompanying symptoms and the total integral result of migraine, equally popped up the result (p<0.005),the results were much better than it without treatment.2.The therapeutic effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine symptoms:Total efficiency rate of44cases after treatment patients was70.5%;Comparison of the effect before and after treatment, Traditional Chinese Medicine clinical symptoms, including headache as stab, fatigue, shortness of breath, spontaneous perspiration and laziness to speak, were better than before.(p<0.05).3.Gender difference:the indexes of migraine before and after treatment, Including the number of headache attacks, extent, duration, accompanying symptoms and Traditional Chinese Medicine syndromes, were analyzed statistically, and the result equally were p>0.05.Then,there is no obvious gender differenceConclusion:The self-made Qilong Decoction, treating for the migraine of Qi-deficiency and Blood-stasis syndrome, has better clinical effect.
