| Objective: By the Clinical research of the result of the patients suffering from PCOS who were treated by Taishan panshi san and enhanceing the function of corpus luteum, discuss its action mechanism, the clinical effect, analyzes the possibly reason which caused the pregnancy loss, and discuss effective methods to prevent the early pregnancy of PCOS.Methods: Select 60 patients suffering from PCOS merge pregnancy who have see a doctor in the reproduction center of Nanjing Chinese medicine University affiliated hospital from August, 2008 to February, 2009 ,and strictly control the invariable factors. This 60 patients have examined SHBG , T and DHEA-S separately in front of the pregnancy. 20 patients in Chinese medicine group,they were treated by the Taishan panshi san addition and subtraction.20 patients in western medicine group,they were treated by daily intermuscular injecting Huang Titong and take bends the progesterone.20 patients in Chinese and western drugs group,they were treated by the two methods above. In this process we dynamic monitor blood serum E2, P,β-HCG and B ultra ,observes its rate of pregnancy, the rate of abortion, and analyzed the reason of the pregnancy loses, discusses this method of the treatment.Results: Three groups can improve the PCOS merge pregnancy patients early Chinese medicine symptom.The The Taishan panshi san adds and subtracts the ehanceing function of corpus luteum group is obviously better tan western medicine group and Chinese medicine group. (P<0.01)。The patients treated by The Taishan panshi san adds and subtracts the ehanceing function of corpus luteum ,their rate of abortion is lower than the others.The patients who were treated by the Taishan panshi san adds and subtracts the ehanceing function of corpus luteum,their E2,P,β-HCG and Embryo situation were better than the others at the 8,12th weeks of the Pregnancy. (P<0.01) PCOS patients with pre-pregnancy sex hormone-binding globulin (SHBG), testosterone (T), dehydroepiandrosterone sulfate (DHEA-S) of the hormone levels to normal levels closer to the lower abortion rate.By statistical analysis, The PCOS pregnancy loss and abortion history ,the clear palace history, the ovary multi-pouch degree, the family history of diabetes assumes the relevance. (P<0.05) With age, course of an illness, first menstruation age not remarkable relevance. (P>0.05) Maybe the sample size slightly concerns with it.Conclusion: The Taishan panshi san adds and subtracts the ehanceing function of corpus luteum, Can obviously reduce the rate of abortion of the patients suffering from PCOS , enhance the rate of pregnancy, It has a very good treatment and impetus function to the pregnancy period hormone level maintenance and growth. It has a good advancement function to the embryo's growth. This method of treatment may be an effective method which can intervene the PCOS patient pregnancy loses.
