Clinical Observation Of Treating Superficial Phlebitis With External Application Of Self-designed Sanhuangzhicao Decoction

Objective:In this study,through the clinical observation of the treatment of superficial thrombophlebitis by external application of self-designed sanhuangzhicao decoction,the clinical efficacy of external application of self-designed sanhuangzhicao decoction in the treatment of superficial thrombophlebitis was evaluatedMethods:60 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups.Both groups were given basic oral drug treatment,and 30 patients in the treatment group were treated with self-designed sanhuangzhichu decoction and decoction for wet application on the affected area,twice a day,once for 20 minutes.In the control group,30 patients were treated with 50%magnesium sulfate injection for 20 minutes,twice a day.Two weeks for a course of treatment.Before and after treatment,the clinical symptoms and signs,blood routine,coagulation function test,infrared thermography,and venous color ultrasound doppler were recorded.The recorded data were statistically analyzed to compare the difference in efficacy between the two groupsResults:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the clinical symptoms and signs,blood routine,coagulation function test,infrared thermography,venous color ultrasound doppler and other detection indicators between the two groups(P>0.05),which was comparable.After two weeks of treatment,the clinical symptoms and signs,blood routine,coagulation function test,infrared thermography,venous color ultrasound doppler and other detection indicators of the patients in the treatment group were significantly different from those before the treatment(P<0.05),and also significantly different from those in the control group(P<0.05),After the course of treatment,the total effective rate of the two groups was compared,the total effective rate of the self-designed sanhuangzhicao decoction external application group was 93.3%,and the total effective rate of the magnesium sulfate injection wet application group was 86.7%,showing significant statistical significance(P<0.05)Conclusion:1.The proposed external application of sanhuangzhicao decoction is superior to the wet application of magnesium sulfate injection in the treatment of thrombotic superficial phlebitis2.Self-designed sanhuangzhicao decoction is effective in the treatment of thrombotic superficial phlebitis,which is conducive to the improvement of clinical efficacy.
