Quality Management Group is also called "Quality Control Circle" in Chinese translation, referring to a variety of labor engaged in the production or others jobs, in matter of the business strategies, policies, objectives and the present problems of enterprises, are organized in order to improve quality, reduce consumption and improve people’s quality and operating efficiency, and they make activities with the theory and methods of quality management.Currently in China, the "Quality Control Circle" has been gradually applied to different types of businesses, and the application in these enterprises, not only stimulate the internal staff’s potential and innovative spirit, but also increase the cohesion of the enterprise, especially further enhanced the mutual understanding between employees in the team, so that continuously improve the core competitiveness of enterprises, to get a qualitative leap.Under the trend of new medical reform policies, health care quality and safety management and continuous improvement is an eternal theme. How to improve the quality of hospital management and the services is an important part. QCC is one of many ways to improve health care quality management, and it is an important tool of TQM. It is through selected topics, scheduling activities, set goals, proposed strategies, implement strategies, checking and rectification, effect confirmation, standardization, further review and improvement to gradually improve the staff’s thinking ability to analyze and problem-solving ability, and further improve the quality of work.In this environment, this article is aimed to explore the feasibility to set up the "QCC" in some of the departments in hospital, and according to the actual design to implement the Pharmacy QCC program, laboratory QCC program, surgery centers QCC programs,Intensive Care Unit (ICU) QCC program, emergency department program. Through the practices to analyze the changes after the implementation of QCC management in these sections, sum up the experience of the practice, and conduct an exploratory research to the application of QCC in the of quality management of hospitals.
