?.Research background and significanceIn recent years,local governments have made active explorations in the light of actual conditions,carried out pilot reform of practice mode and service mode at the grassroots level,and promoted the management of family doctor teams in various forms,making positive progress and accumulating practical experience.The implementation of the family doctor team signing service is the key factor of the success of the new medical reform,and an effective way to implement hierarchical medical treatment and two-way referral.However,in recent years,there is a lack of relatively unified management model for family doctors in various regions,and a mature management model is urgently needed to standardize the operation of fami ly doctors teams,so as to achieve the goal of improving the enthusiasm,creativity and service quality of team members.In this study,we selected 6 family doctors' teams from tao chuanxin health center in rizhao city,and promoted the first application of quality control circles in grassroots medical institutions by establishing a special project group of quality control circles.According to the requirements of the experimental study,the entire experimental stage is 7 months(including 1 month of pre-experiment)combined with the characteristics of the quality control circle tool.This project,aiming at the indicators required by the superior assessment,lists the major problems that need to be solved in the team work by brainstorming.By comparing the application of quality control circle in the management of family doctors' team,whether it can improve the provision of basic medical care and basic public health services,find out its influencing factors,and analyze the relationship between quality control circle and each influencing factor.Main purposes include:1.Verify whether the quality management circle management tool is feasible in the management of the family doctor team;2.Verify the impact of quality management circle on service accessibility,dynamic management rate,health management rate,standard management rate and project implementation effect of various key management groups;3.Verify whether the implementation effect of quality control circle in the management of family doctors team can provide reference for other grassroots medical and health institutions.?.Research contents and methodsThis experiment was carried out in 6 family doctors' teams in taojiajie health center of rizhao city,and the application of quality control circles in family doctors' team management was promoted through the establishment of quality control circle project team.1.Main research contents(1)Based on the comprehensive analysis of domestic and foreign literature,the feasibility of quality control circle in the management of family doctors team was studied;(2)Study the impact of quality management circle on the provision of basic medical care and basic public health services by the family doctor team,and analyze the influencing factors;(3)Set up a team of 6 family doctors in taocheng center health center of rizhao donggang district,each group of 6?13 people,and use quality control circle tools to explore the improvement of substandard projects according to the requirements of the superior assessment indicators.Through the comparison before and after the supply management circle management,this paper analyzes the impact on the accessibility,dynamic management rate,health management rate,standard management rate and project implementation effect of various key groups.(4)Focus on the factors that contribute to the management of family doctors' team,expound its principles,and explore the new mode of family doctors' team management.2.Research methods(1)Literature review.In this study,the role of quality management circle at home and abroad in improving the quality of medical services was analyzed by means of literature review.To understand the literature review,related policy review and related department experience of the main management mode of the family doctor team;To understand the main assessment indicators and work requirements of the family doctor team of competent departments at all levels in China,and to sort out and analyze quantifiable statistical data.(2)Experimental method.This study through to the rizhao donggang district tao Luo six hospitals in the center of the family doctor team should supplies circle seven months before and after the change(including preliminary experiment 1 month),to look at the experimental process,carries on the comparison to statistical data,confirm the qc circle of management tools and all kinds of key crowd services accessibility,dynamic GuanLiLv GuanLiLv,health GuanLiLv,specification and the change of the project implementation effect if there is a causal relationship.(3)Statistical methods.All experimental data were sorted out,and Excel 2010 software was used to compare and analyze whether there was a causal relationship between the service availability,dynamic management rate,health management rate,standard management rate and project implementation effect of various key groups before and after the application of quality control circle.?.Main results1.The experiment has proved that rizhao donggang district tao Luo six hospitals in the center of the family doctor team,strictly in accordance with the requirements for technical route has carried out the experiments,the complete carried out the experimental steps,the purpose of the experiment,fully confirmed the qc circle management tool in the family doctor team management has practical and operability.2.The experimental results prove that the quality management circle management tool can improve the service accessibility,dynamic management rate,health management rate,standard management rate and project implementation effect of various key management groups.(1)It chuanjie health center of rizhao city aims to improve the health management rate of patients with blood pressure.Before and after the activity of the ying supplies management circle,the health management rate of patients with hypertension is increased from 35.84%before the improvement to 41.32%after the improvement,with the goal reaching rate of 115.05%and the progress rate of 13.36%.(4)It purpose,should be before,during and after the quality control circle activities in patients with type 2 diabetes blood sugar control from 18.38%before improvement,increase is improved 29.49%and the target yield rate 66.67%,improvement rate was 31.71%.?.conclusionQuality control circles in the application of gp team management,effectively promote the improvement of the indicators for basic public health services,for the implementation of the project have a positive incentive effect,it is also the domestic quality management circle in the family doctor effective practice in team management,to explore a new model of family doctor team management and grass-roots medical institutions service standardization construction has the model significance.
