Experimental Study About Xin Kang Granule On CHF Rat’s Plasma RAAS

Objective:To observe the influence about RAAS on CHF rat’s plasma which giving Xinkang electuary by gavage,and to explore it’s mechanism.Methods:Except10rats for blank group,12for model group.48male SD were intraed peritoneal injection of adriamycin solution (1times a week, total10weeks),then divided into4groups:Qiliqiangxin capsule group, Xinkang about high,middle and low groups.then start medication,1times a day.After six weeks gavage, detect hemodynamic, and determinate the value of number of plasma PRA,Ang II and ALD. Results:Hemodynamic index:Xinkang granule groups can decreased HR,ADP,LVEDP, rised ASP,LVSP,there is statistical significance(P<0.05). Compared with Qiliqiangxin capsule group,and between three Xinkang granule groups, there is little differences between these indicators(P>0.05).Plasma RAAS contrast:the three Xinkang granule groups can reduce plasma PRA,Ang II,ALD,there is statistical significance(P<0.05). Qiliqiangxin capsule group and Xinkang granule groups, between Xinkang granule groups,haven’t statistical significance(P>0.05). Conclusion:Xinkang granule can increase myocardial contraction force,improve the hemodynamic abnormalities, improve left ventricular function, can reduce the PRA,Ang Ⅱ,ALD levels when CHF happend,inhibit the activity of RAAS,adjust the neuroendocrine level,prevent ventricular remodeling, it is one of the effective prescription for the treatment of CHF.
