Clinical Study On Treating Blood Stasis Type Of Postpartum Lochiorrhea By Chan Kang Granule

Objective: To study the effects and possible mechanism of CK granule in treating Blood Stasis type of Postpartum Lochiorrhea.Methods: 156cases are divided into two groups randomly.The treatment group(80 cases)are treated with CK granule, 1 package a time,3 times a day,while the control group(76 cases)treated with Motherwort granule ,1 package a time,3 times a day.7 days is a therapeutic period.The effects of symptom, arresting bleeding and involution of uterus are observed between the two groups.Hemodynamics indication and blood routine examination is compared between before and after therapy. Results: CK granule can obviously improve the uterine contraction (P<0.01).The total effective rate of improving symptoms of treatment group is 93.75%(P<0.01).CK granule can signficantly arrest bleeding(P<0.01),and can depress hemodynamics(P<0.05). Conclusion:The mechanism of Postpartum Lochiorrhea is stagnation of blood stasis.lt shows that promoting blood circulation by removing blood stasis, invigorating qi and reducing fever is an effective therapeutic method of Postpartum Lochiorrhea.The study enriches and deepens the content of the Traditional Chinese Medicine therapeutics of Postpartum Lochiorrhea.lt is of great value to guide the clinical practice.
