Clinical Study Of Xiang Pi Sheng Ji Ointment For Promoting Healing Of Wound After Operation On Anal Fisrula

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Xiang-Pi-Sheng-Ji Ointment on promoting the healing of wound after the operation on Anal fisrula.Methods:We assigned randomly60patients of Anal fisrula to the treatment group or the control group. Each group is in30cases. Treatment group was treated with gauze of Xiang-Pi-Sheng-Ji Ointment on their wounds while Control group with Kang Fu Xing. lth day after the surgery and postoperative wound on the7th day of the two groups of patients with pain, wound edema and wound exudates to evaluate the situation. When the two groups of surgery patients with the wound area, the first3days after operation, the first7days,14days, the first21days the wound area, two groups was compared healing time, wound healing rate and the clinical comprehensive efficacy.Results:In experimental study, we found that Xiang-Pi-Sheng-Ji Ointment had not any stimulation and hypersensitivity. so we used it for Promoting the healing of wound after operation on Anal Fisrula. Sixty patients underwent the operation. The two groups before treatment and after treatment (postoperative7th day) wound pain, wound edema and wound exudates were quite statistically significant difference (P<0.01). Wound pain, wound edema and wound exudates were quite statistically significant difference(P<0.01) on the postoperative7th day). The control group and the treatment group have statistics significance in comparison of wound healing rate(P<0.05). Two groups of average healing time of wounds compared statistically significant difference(P<0.01).Clinical comprehensive efficacy of the two groups were statistically significant difference (P<0.05).Conclutions:These findings suggest that The effect of Xiang-Pi-Sheng-Ji Ointment was better than Kang Fu Xing. The mechanisms of FFCECO were improving microcircutation, promoting phagocyte effusion and hyperplasia and regulating immune function of human body, so as to dispel pain. Also the Xiang-Pi-Sheng-Ji Ointment have the function of controling the infection, promoting the hyperplasia granulation tissues and increasing the healing of wounds.
