The Clinical And Animal Research Of SHENG JI YU HONG Ointment On Wound Healing By Promoting The Growth Of Granulation

The theoretical system of Traditional medicine of China is unique. The previous generation of physicians have many insights in the treatment of sores. SHENG JI YU HONG ointment is beneficial to improve research level and clinical efficacy of wound healing, that inheriting and carrying forward experience predecessors. Since the Ming Dynasty, generations of doctors had repeatedly verified the clinical practice to make the efficacy of SHENG JI YU HONG ointment widely recognized. It has been known as the " magic pill", and it is commonly used for chronic wound in Surgery of Chinese Medicine at present.Purpose:By observing certain indications in various treatment stages:the depth and stealth depth of Wound, the color and coverage area of wound granulation tissue, MVD,Hyp; Combined with healing rate and healing speed to find the relationship among them.Methods:This research is divided into two parts. The first part is animal experiment. Setting up Full-thickness skin defects to fascia’s depth in the back of rabbit, which is about3cm in diameter,2on the left and right each. The control group on the left side was covered with gauze of Vaseline.The experimental group on the right side was covered with gauze of SHENG JI YU HONG ointment. Taking the Specimens on3rd,7th,and14th days after the modeling, Observing the healing of wound and making records. Detecting MVD and Hyp of granulation, and analyzing relationships among them. The second part is clinical research, cases from the court of general surgery,31cases in experimental group, the other29cases in the control group. Photographing each treatment, and calculating the area by ImageJ software. Observing certain indications in various stages by LUMT. Taking granulation of the organization before treatment and the3rd day,7th day,14th day of treatment and detecting MVD and Hyp.Results:1. Animal experiments:The Healing rate, MVD, and HYP of SHENG JI YU HONG ointment group are higher than the group of Vaseline gauze. The Result was statistically significant.(P<0.01)2. Clinical trials:The Healing rate,Observation indications,MYD, and HYP of SHENG JI YU HONG ointment group are all higher than the group of Vaseline gauze. The Result was statistically significant.(P<0.01)Conclusion:SHENG JI YU HONG ointment can promote granulation angiogenesis, collagen synthesis, in order to make the granulation grow rapidly, and improve the healing rate and healing speed of the wound.
