Objective:To provide scientific evidence for clinical effect and preparation development of ultra-micro powder Qiweibaizhusan collaborative with yeast on dysbacteriotic diarrhea.Methods:Dysbacteriotic diarrheal mice model was constructed via administration of mixed antibiotics composed of gentamicin and cefradine. The modeled mice were treated with50%amount of ultra-micro Qiweibaizhusan,50%amount of ultra-micro Qiweibaizhusan+12.5%amount of yeast,25%amount of ultra-micro Qiweibaizhusan+25%amount of yeast,12.5%amount of ultra-micro Qiweibaizhusan+50%amount of yeast and yeast. The body weight, spleen weight, thymus weight, intestinal microbiota and enzyme activities were analysed.The promoting and inhibiting effect of Qiweibaizhusan on intestinal yeast was detected in vitro. Results:The body weight of mice and weight of spleen had nothing to do with Qiweibaizhusan and yeast. Weight of thymus was promoted by Qiweibaizhusan and yeast (P>0.05).Ultra-micro Qiweibaizhusan and yeast could regulate the microecological balance by promoting the growth of Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus (P<0.01). The Escherichia coli and total bacteria amount of the50%amount ultra-micro decoction group and the25%amount ultramicro decoction+25%yeast group recovered to the normal level (P>0.05). After treatment, the intestinal cellulase activity recovered to the normal group level(P>0.05).The amylase activity of the50%amount ultra-micro decoction+12.5%yeast group and the25%amount ultramicro decoction+25%yeast group recovered to the normal (P>0.05). The activities of xylanase and protease had a certain relationship with the concentration of ultramicro Qiweibaizhusan and yeast, but did not reach normal group (P<0.05).Ginseng and Licorice inhibited intestinal yeast. The minimum inhibiting concentration of Ginseng was0.7936g/mL, and the minimum inhibiting concentration of Licorice was0.3949g/mL. Tuckahoe, Atractylodes and Puerariae had promoting effect on the growth of intestinal yeast. Elecampane and Patchouli didn’t have obvious inhibiting effect on the growth of intestinal yeast. Conclusion:25%amount ultra-micro Qiweibaizhusan+25%yeast was the best compatibility and had the same effect of50%amount ultra-micro Qiweibaizhusan on dysbacteriosis diarrhea.Ginseng and Licorice produced inhibiting function on the growth of intestinal yeast. Tuckahoe, Atractylodes, Puerariae and Qiweibaizhusan compound had promotion effect on the growth of intestinal yeast in low concentration, and ultra-micro Qiweibaizhusan decoction had a better effect on promoting the growth of intestinal yeast than the traditional Qiweibaizhusan decoction. And dissolution rates of ultra-micro decoction was higher than that in traditional decoction as well as the effective of promoting the growth of intestinal yeast.
