Objectives①To translate the negative acts questionnaire revised (NAQ-R) and testify the reliability and validity of the scales;②To describe the actualities of nurse's bullying at work;③To investigate the relationship between bullying at work and job satisfaction in nurses;④To discuss the relationship between bullying at work and burnout in nurses.MethodsAfter getting the English version of NAQ-R translate it into Chinese version of NAQ-R with the consent of the original author.Investigate 300 nurses of 6 hospitals from Jinan,Taian,Jining and Linyi by Chinese version of NAQ-R,job satisfaction questionnaire and Maslach burnout inventory-general survey (MBI-GS). The data is processed with SPSS17.0.Results①The validity and reliability of Chinese version of NAQ-R: Index of content validity (CVI) is 0.919. With principal components analysis and factor analysis,the author demonstrates three factors in Chinese version of NAQ-R and finds that the total variability is 54.369%. Cronbach alpha is 0.915 in Chinese version of NAQ-R, test-retest reliability is 0.883 (P<0.001), Correlation coefficients between items of the Chinese version of NAQ-R is 0.814~0.898 (P<0.001), and split-half reliability coefficients is 0.898.②Present situation of clinical nurse bullying at work: 35.12% of the nurses participating in the research has encountered bullying at work in the last 6 months, among which 3.72% of the nurses have been bullied seriously. Such factors such as age,marriage status,professional title,the length of time of nurse working,the nature of employment,educational background,one child or not and re-selected have great influene on bullying at work.The result of Chinese version of NAQ-R is meaningful and available in statistics (P<0.05),While position department and night shift of month have no relationship with bullying at work.③Correlation analysis of bullying at work and job satisfaction:The score of Chinese version of NAQ-R has negative correlation with the score of job satisfaction questionnaire.During r=-0.432 as well as P<0.001 the above score has statistical significance.What's more, the score of Chinese version of NAQ-R has negative correlation with the score of job satisfaction questionnaire 8 factors and it has statistical significance when r=-0.176~-0.432 and P<0.01.④Correlation analysis of bullying at work and job burnout:The score of Chinese version of NAQ-R has positive correlation with the score of MBI-GS and when r=-0.468 and P<0.001 it has statistical significance. The score of Chinese version of NAQ-R has positive correlation with the score of MBI-GS 3 factors,and when r=0.453,0.463,0.210, P<0.05 it has statistical significance.⑤Multiple Stepwise Regression Analysis of factors Influencing of bullying at work:take Multiple Stepwise Regression Analysis by the score of Chinese version of NAQ-R as dependent variables, normal data of nurses,the score of job satisfaction questionnaire,the score of each factors,the score of MBI-GS,the score of each factor as independent variables. There are 6 variables of the equation finally, such as one child or not,educational background,the length of time nurse working,the total score of MBI-GS and the management and work stress of job satisfaction.Conclusions①Chinese version of NAQ-R has satisfactory validity and reliability and is suitable for assessing the bullying at work of cognitively impaired elderly.②Bullying at work exists in the nurses, which is influenced by age,marriage, professional title,the leugth of time nurseworking,nature of employment,educational background,one child or not and re-selected nursing professional or not.③Bullying at work is inverse with job satisfaction and correctitude with burnout in proportion. The more extent of bullying at work the lower job satisfaction, which result in more higher degree of burnout. On the contrary, the less extent of bullying at work the more job satisfaction, which result in lower degree of burnout.
