| Purpose:The purpose of this study is to evaluate the curative effection and function mechanism about "bu jing yi shi pian"preliminarily.Methods:50patients based on inclusion criteria were enrolled in this study, the control group were treated with refractive and cover with fine family training treatment, the treatment group were treated in the foundation in the control group with taking on "bu jing yi shi pian". Two groups were performed6months treatment, and were observed before and after treatment in patients with vision, pattern visual evoked potential (P-VEP) and contrast sensitivity, we will make clinical curative effect comparison between two groups.Result:After6months therapy,the main cur rate of treatment group is69.7%,the effective rate is87.9%, the main cur rate of control group is50%,the effective rate is60.7%. Observating of pattern visual evoked potential (P-the VEP), the treatment group curative effect and increased amplitude is better than the control group. Observating of contrast sensitivity, the treatment group and control group in the spatial frequency is improved, but in the spatial frequency of12c/d (P<0.05), the treatment group is better than the control group.Conclution:Through this article preliminary clinical observation.it showed that the "bu jing yi shi pian" can be used as a foundation treatment of amblyopia auxiliary therapy to improve the therapeutic effect of amblyopia, worthy of further clinical study. |
