| PurposeTo comb the origin and development of Taiwan Cidi needles,observe the use of Cidi needles in improving the eyesight of children suffering from ametropia,providing reference for deepening the understanding of ametopia and improving the clinic diagnosis level of children suffering from ametopia.MethodA total of 200 children with amblyopia from Taipei Baiying Eyesight Restoration Office,who met the inclusion criteria and were diagnosed as amblyopia,were randomly divided into traditional shaded group(96 cases,130 eyes)and magnetic needle group(104 cases,140 eyes).The optometry of traditional treatment group was measured with LED digital polarizing visual acuity machine.According to the results of visual acuity machine and eyesight machine,routine Western medicine therapy,covering eyes and getting eyeglasses method was used for routine treatment.The specific methods were as follows:covering the dominant eyes,let the children only use the other eye to observe,in the course of treatment,covering and opening alternately,older children covered the dominant eyes for 3 to 5 days and opened for 1 day.On this basis,the children were given a right lens.playing an auxiliary role to the affected eyes,make appropriate adjustment according to the binocular vision conditions to cover the ratio and lens degree.The vision of patients of traditional treatment group are tested with LED digital polarizing vision machine,Cidi needle treatment is applied according to the results of vision marchine and eye machine.The specific treatment is:Tell the patients to sit down,use Cidi eye caring machine to protect the eyes in the areas of eyes,spend two minutes on each eye,use Cidi needels to treat according to the way of selecting acupoints such as Yintang,Jingming,Zanzhu,Sizhukong,Tongziliao,Qiuhou,Chengqi,Sibai,Yangbai,Muchuang and Ashi acupoints.Take the operators,sense of acupuncture as air binding,adhesion or unevenness as the desired sensation,operate with pointing and scratching,stop over each acupoint for 10 to 30 seconds,the course of treatment of all the patients lasts for 3 months,there will be 3 times of treatment a week,during the treatment,tell the patients to pay attention to the habits of using eyes,test their vision twice a week,and record the results of naked eye vision.Reexamine once each 2 months,and conduct followup visit for six months.Observation of visual acuity and P-VEP-P100 wave:(1)total number of people in each group treated according to two different treatments;(2)amblyopia of different degrees:mild,moderate,severe)different types of amblyopia(ametropia,anisometropia).The standards of curative effect were:1)cured:the corrected visual acuity recovered to 0.9 or more;2)effective:the corrected visual acuity was improved by 2 lines or more than 2 lines;3)ineffective:the visual acuity was improved by 1 line or no lines,or even decreased.Data processing:1)all data were statistically processed using SPSS 21.0 software.(2)The data normality test,if in accordance with normal distribution,should be mean ± standard deviation,those that did not meet the normal distribution were expreesed through quartile ±median,if the statistical data were counting data,using 2 test to test statistics,if the statistics were measurement data then,t test was used for statistical test,and observe whether the P value was statistically significant.Results1)General situation analysis:there was no significant difference in age and visual acuity between the two groups;from the point of view of different courses of disease,the corresponding needle hole number composition of the two groups was tested(P>0.05),and there was no difference in the number of eyes distributed between the two groups.According to the degree of amblyopia,the control group and the Cidi needle treatment group data have no significant differences(P>0.05).(2)From the view of the total effect:after 1 courses of treatment,Cidi needle treatment group were cured in 109 eyes,19 eyes improved,12 eyes were invalid,the basic cure rate was 77.8%,the total efficiency of 91.5%;a control group with glasses 67 needle holes recovered,49 eyes improved,14 eyes were invalid,the basic cure rate was 51.5%the total effective rate was 79.2%.In terms of total efficiency,Cidi needles have obvious curing effect on the treatment of amblyopia.(3)From the view of the effect on the pattern visual evoked potential(P-VEP-P100 wave),the difference of the therapeutic effect between the two groups was statistically significant(P>0.05):after treatment,the treatment effect of the control group and the Cidi needle group on the visual evoked potential(P-VEP-P100 wave)in children with amblyopia was significantly higher than that in the control group(P>0.05).The latency of P-VEP-P100 wave in amblyopia eyes was shortened,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the latency of P-VEP-P100 wave in amblyopia eyes of the two groups was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Secondly,the amplitude of P-VEP-P100 wave in amblyopic eyes was increased in both groups after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The amplitude of P-VEP-P100 wave in amblyopic eyes of the two groups was compared with each other after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(4)According to different types of amblyopia,the curing rate of two groups of ametropia amblyopia was statistically tested(P<0.05),which indicated that there was a significant difference between the two groups,suggesting that in the treatment of ametropia amblyopia,Cidi needle treatment has absolute advantages.Seen from the curing rate of anisometropic amblyopia,P>0.05,there is no significant differences,showing their similarity of the curing effect.(5)From the point of view of amblyopia of different degrees:according to statistical analysis,between mild and moderate amblyopia groups,the control group with blindfold and lens matching and Cidi needle treatment there have been obvious differences(P<0.05),but in terms of the overall curing rate,there are no differences,in terms of treating patients with slight amblyopia,both are effective,but in terms of basic curing effect,Cidi treatment is obviously superior to the method of matching lens and covering.(6)According to the degree of amblyopia in light weight,more Cidi needle group within the treatment group were mild amblyopia 73 eyes,the total effective rate was 95.9%.Cidi needle treatment of moderate amblyopia group consisted of 57 eyes,the total effective rate was 94.7%.Cidi needle for treatment of severe amblyopia group consisted of 10 eyes,the total effective rate was 50%.Cidi needles treating 10 eyes suffering from severe amblyopia,the overall efficiency is 50%.There are certain differences after analyzing the curing effects of the three groups of slight,moderate and severe amblyopia,showing that the Cidi needles are more effective in treating slight and moderate amblyopia compared to severe amblyopia.Conclusions1.Cidi needles and getting the right lens and covering method can cure amblyopia in children to a certain degree,but comparing the curing rate of the two,Cidi needles have more advantages of treating amblyopia in children.2.Cidi needles can shorten the incubation period of P-VEP-P100 wave of patients withal amblyopia,meanwhile,they can increase the wavelength,showing Cidi needle treatment can improve the neurons of optic centers.3.Magnetic soon needles can effectively improve the sight of patients in treating slight and moderate child amblyopia,compare with traditional therapy of getting eyeglasses and concealing,the clinic effect is more obvious.4.Cidi needles can improve the patients' eyesight in treating ametropic amblyopia,and its curing rate has certain advantages compared with traditional therapies of getting the right lens and covering therapy. |
