Treating Bronchiectasis Of Spleen-lung Deficiency Andinterior Retention Of Evil In Stable Stage By Qing Jie Bufei Jianpi Decoction Clinical Research

Purpose: To observe the clinical curative effect of Qingjie Bufei Jianpi Decoction on bronchiectasisof spleen-lung deficiency and interior retention of evil in stable stage patients.Treating bronchiectasis instable stage based on spleen and lung，in order to achieve fundamentally prevention of recurrent attacks ofbronchiectasis，and show the enormous advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in prevention andtreatment.Method:72outpatients with bronchiectasis of spleen-lung deficiency and interior evil of phlegm instable stage，who came from Respiratory department of hospital affiliated to Changchun university oftraditional Chinese medicine (from Mar,2012to Nov,2012). These patients were randomly divided intocontrol group and treatment group equally. The control group was given skin-test methodsbefore antibiotic therapy.Penicillin skin test-negative individuals were taken withAmoxicillin-Clavulanate(0.3125g each time,3times a day) orally. The others were taken with Ciprofloxacinpills(0.25g each time, twice a day) orally. The treatment group was given Qingjie Bufei Jianpi Decoction.To observed the clinical efficacy of two groups after2-week course.Result: The total effective rate of control group was75.0％(2cases clinically controlled,11casessignificantly effective,14cases effective,9cases ineffective). The treatment group was86.1％(5cases clinically controlled,21cases significantly effective,7cases effective,5cases ineffective). Thetreatment group was evidently better compared with the control group（P<0.05).Conclusion: The clinical curative effect of Qingjie Bufei Jianpi Decoction is better than that of thecontrol group in treating bronchiectasis of spleen-lung deficiency and interior retention of evil in stablestage patients, it is worthy of clinical application.
