| Objective:To observe the clinical efficac y and safety of JianPi Bufei Ointment in the treatment of chronic cough in children(pulmonary spleen qi deficiency syndrome),and to provide a basis for better treatment of chronic cough in children.Methods:The 60 patients were divided into two groups according to the random number table,30 patients in each group.The control group received routine treatment,and the treatment group was treated with JianPi BuFei cream.The treatment cycle was7 days.The scores of TCM syndromes in the treatment group and the control group before and after statistical treatment were statistically processed to evaluate the efficacy and safety.Results:(1)In the improvement of cough and spontaneous sweat after treatment,the symptom scores of the treatment group and the control group were lower than before,but the curative effect was equivalent,there was no significant difference(P>0.05);the treatment group was better in improving the shortness of breath and facial appearance.In the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment group was significantly better than the control group in improving the anorexia,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).(2)After treatment,the scores of the treatment group and the control group were significantly decreased,but the treatment group was superior to the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)The total effective rate was 96.7%in the treatment group and 76.7% in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(4)There was no adverse reaction in the child during the medication.Conclusion:JianPi BuFei Ointment is effective in treating children with chronic cough and spleen qi deficiency syndrome.It can safely and effectively improve the clinical symptoms of children.There is no adverse side effect,and the advantages are obvious.It is worth promoting. |
