| Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Quyu Qingjie Decoction combined with traditional Chinese Medicine liniment in the treatment of scalp psoriasis(qi and blood stasis syndrome).Methods:In this study,108 patients with scalp psoriasis who met the inclusion criteria were selected.The patients were randomly divided into three groups:treatment group 1,treatment group 2 and control group,with 36 cases in each group.The treatment group 1 was treated with Quyu Qingjie Decoction combined with traditional Chinese Medicine liniment;the treatment group 2was treated with oral Dahuang Zhechong Capsule combined with traditional Chinese Medicine liniment;the control group was treated with oral Dahuang Zhechong Capsule.The treatment period is 4 weeks.The S-m PASI score,TCM syndrome score,DLQI score and adverse reactions were recorded before treatment and after 2 weeks and 4 weeks of treatment respectively.The improvement of each index was statistically analyzed to evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety.Results:1.A total of 100 cases completed the treatment cycle,including 34 cases in treatment group 1,33 cases in treatment group 2 and 33 cases in control group.2.After treatment,The S-m PASI score,TCM syndrome score and DLQI score of the three groups were improved.The scores of the three groups after4 weeks of treatment were compared with those of the same group before treatment and after 2 weeks of treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores after 4 weeks of treatment were compared among the three groups,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The pairwise comparison showed that the improvement degree of treatment group 1 was better than that of treatment group 2 and control group.3.The total effective rate of treatment group 1 was 88.24%,that of treatment group 2 was 75.76%,and that of control group was 63.64%.In terms of curative effect,there were significant differences among the three groups by rank sum test(P<0.05).The pairwise comparison showed that the improvement degree of treatment group 1 was better than that of treatment group 2 and control group.4.In terms of adverse reactions,one patient had diarrhea and nausea caused by fasting medication,and two patients had poor sleep due to tension and anxiety,which were relieved after adjustment.These phenomena are accidental and have no substantial effect on the experimental research.Conclusion:1.Quyu Qingjie Decoction combined with traditional Chinese Medicine liniment can effectively improve the symptoms,signs and quality of life of patients with scalp psoriasis(qi and blood stasis syndrome),and the effect is better than Dahuang Zhechong Capsule combined with traditional Chinese Medicine liniment and oral Dahuang Zhechong Capsule alone.2.Quyu Qingjie Decoction combined with traditional Chinese Medicine liniment is a safe and effective method for the treatment of scalp psoriasis(qi and blood stasis syndrome). |
