The Study Of Tong Luo Ping Chuan Jian Impacting CD4+,CD8+of Children With Capillary Bronchitis (acute Phase)

Purpose: By observing the capillary bronchitis in children with acute clinicalsymptoms(mainly include cough, shortness of breath, throat phlegm sound and lungwheezing),peripheral blood lymphocyte CD4+，CD8+and CD4+/CD8+ratio in the changeof the before and after treatment.From two aspects of theory, clinic for the treatment of TongLuo Ping Chuan Jian and capillary bronchitis curative effect and mechanism of action, in theacute phase of systematic observation and research. So as to provide theoretical basis foreffective treatment of traditional Chinese medicines and the clinical demonstration.Method: Adopting randomized, single blind method, clinical trial design，choice ofcapillary bronchitis acute stage with60cases, were divided into control group andobservation group, both groups were given conventional therapy, With the control group30cases, give Qing Ke Ping Chuan； Observation group and control group,30cases for TongLuo Ping Chuan Jian, seven days for a course of treatment. Observed in two groups beforeand after treatment (one course of treatment), CD4+，CD8+levels and changes of the clinicalmanifestations.Result:(1)Two groups of CD4+，CD8+，CD4+/CD8+levels after treatment comparedwith signiifcant difference，observation group is better than that of control group (P <0.05)，(2) Observation group total effective rate reached96.7%, observation group was better thancontrol group (P <0.05). In the aspect of clinical symptoms and signs improved, observationgroup is better than that of control group (P <0.05). Children’s age, condition, duration, etc.Related to the observation group curative effect (P <0.05)，the smaller the age effect, age theworse curative effect; The lighter the better curative effect, the heavier disease curative effectis poorer; The longer the duration shorter, the better curative effect, course of curative effect ispoorer. Clinically relevant safety index results show that the t2dm and asthma and non-toxicside effects on important organs.Conclusion: Tong Luo Ping Chuan Jian can obviously improve clinical symptoms andsigns，reduce the peripheral blood lymphocyte CD4+，CD8+，increased in children with lowerCD4+/CD8+ratio, to adjust immune intervention, expectorant cough and asthma.Observation group after treatment no obvious adverse reactions and side effects, eiffcacy, canbe used widely in clinic.
