Objective Bronchiolitis is the more common wheezing disease in infants and young children, acute onset, rapid change.Children often with shortness of breath, throat phlegm, dyspnea and other treatment.Clinical studies have found that about 30% of children with bronchiolitis will develop into asthma in the future, while the normal incidence of asthma in children is only 11%.The pathogenesis of bronchiolitis is still unclear,In addition to the direct damage to the airway, the most studied is the pathogenesis of immunology. The aim of this study was to detect the expression of T lymphocyte subsets and serum Ig E in children with bronchiolitis, and to determine whether there were abnormalities in immune expression, and early use of immunomodulators can reduce the incidence of asthma in the future.Method Fifty-five children with bronchiolitis were randomly selected from November 2015 to December 2016 in Department of Pediatrics,Affiliated Hospital of Yan'an University.According to Beck scoring criteria, divided into severe and mild groups; And according to whether the application of Pidomorphic granules after treatment, divided into treatment group and non-treatment group; And according to the course of children, divided into acute group, recovery group,follow-up group,40 cases of healthy children in the same period as a control group. The expression of T lymphocyte subsets and serum Ig E in children were detected by Semi Bio R automatic visualization cell detector(Cyto Counter series)and BN automatic protein analyzer.?Result 1.The levels of CD4~+/CD8~+ and serum Ig E in patients with severe bronchiolitis were significantly higher than those in mild group, there is statistical difference(P <0.05).2.The levels of CD3~+,CD4~+,CD4~+/CD8~+ and serum Ig E in mild and severe bronchiolitis were significantly higher than those in the control group, there is statistical difference(P <0.05).3.The levels of CD4~+,CD3~+,CD4~+/CD8~+ and serum Ig E in acute stage of bronchiolitis was higher than that in convalescence stage and control group, there is statistical difference(P <0.05).The level of CD4~+,CD4~+/CD8~+ and serum Ig E in the recovery period of bronchiolitis was higher than that in the follow-up group and the control group, there is statistical difference(P<0.05).The level of CD4~+/CD8~+ and serum Ig E in bronchiolitis follow-up group was higher than that in control group, there is statistical difference(P <0.05).4.The level of CD4~+,CD3~+,CD4~+/CD8 ~+ and serum Ig E in the treatment group was lower than that in the non-treatment group, there is statistical difference P <0.05).Compared with the control group,no difference(P>0.05).The levels of CD4~+,CD3~+,CD4~+/CD8 ~+ and serum Ig E in the non-treatment group were higher than those in the control group, there is statistical difference(P <0.05).Conclusions 1.There are abnormal expression of T lymphocyte subsets and serum Ig E in children with bronchiolitis, suggesting that abnormal expression of T lymphocyte subsets and serum Ig E may be involved in the pathogenesis of bronchiolitis, and with the severity of the disease.2.There are still abnormal expression of T lymphocyte subsets and serum Ig E in children with bronchiolitis late, suggesting that children with bronchiolitis late immune function is still poor, there is a certain degree of airway hyperresponsiveness.3.T lymphocyte subsets, and serum Ig E expression returned to normal in children with bronchiolitis after early immunomodulator treatment, suggesting that the early application of immunomodulators may reduce the incidence of asthma in children with bronchiolitis.
