Phlegm Clinical Observation Of Treatment Of Bronchiolitis And Asthma Soup

Purpose:through the observation to the clinical effects of Hua Tan Ping Chuan Tang to validate its therapeutic action on children bronchiolitis. To rich therapeutic principles of diffusion, dredging, elimination and dropping of Chinese medicine on pneumonia cough, humid asthma and asthma and to provide theoretic evidence of clinical medicine.Methods:select the patients who meet the diagnostic criteria of Chinese and Western of children bronchiolitis. The patients were divided into two groups, which are Hua Tan Ping Chuan Tang group (30 people) and Jin Zhen Oral Liquid (control group, 30 people) . One treatment course contains seven days. Following items have been observed before and after therapy: blood common analysis, chest x-ray test, eosinophil counts, clinical symptoms, body signs, tone and pulse, serum RSV. Four clinical classes were set which are full recovery, effective, improved and inefficient. The relationship of illness degree, age and therapy effects was analyzed.Results: the total effective ration of curing group is 96.7% and the control group is 86.7%. Throug Ridit analysis,U=1.99,p<0.05,which suggests that the therapeutic effect of curing group is better than that of control group. The main clinical symptom oppressed breath, for curing group: U=3.4957,P<0.01 and for the control group: U=1.0211,P>0.05. Furthermore, through the analysis to the curing group such results are turned out which are the therapeutic effects is heavily depends on illness degree and has no relationship with age distribution.Conclusion:Chinese medicine takes children bronchiolitis as pneumonia breath, humid asthma and asthma. The illness mechanism is combination of phlegm and heat. Thus diffusion, dredging, elimination and dropping should be emphasized. The effects of Hua Tan Ping Chuan Tang is good and worth further spreading.
