Objective:to survey and analyze the current drug control and treatment as well as acute and secondary prevention with antithrombotic drugs, statins and risk factors (hypertension, diabetes, etc.) in patients with acute ischemic stroke admitted to the Department of Neurology of General Hospital of Jingyuan Coal Industry Group Company. To provide a evidence for education and implementation of secondary prevention of stroke. Method:Data on the administration of antithrombotic drugs, statin drugs, risk factor control (control of blood pressure and blood glucose) in428patients with acute ischemic stroke in the Neurology of General Hospital of Jingyuan Coal Industry Group Company from January2010to January2012during the acute stage, treatment in the6th months after onset, in the12th months after onset are collected and analyzed. Analyse the data with statistical sofeware SPSS17.0,p<0.05was statistically significant. Results:428patients are selected; during the.acute stage, thrombolytic therapy only accounts for1.4%, antithrombotic therapy accounts for92.9%, lipid-lowering therapy accounts for53.2%, blood pressure therapy accounts for92.9%, and blood glucose therapy accounts for83.9%. During secondary prevention, in the6th month of the onset, the administration of antithrombotic drugs accounts for63%, the administration of statins accounts for41.8%, the administration of blood pressure medication drugs accounts for69.3%, and the administration of blood glucose medication drugs accounts for81.1%; in the12th month of the onset, the administration of antithrombotic drugs accounts for48%, the administration of statins accounts for9.1%, the administration of blood pressure medication drugs accounts for54.1%, and the administration of blood glucose medication drugs accounts for53.6%. Conclusion:most of patients with ischemic stroke during the acute stage cannot access to thrombolytic therapy. During the secondary prevention, the risk factor control is not optimistic. The administration of antithrombotic drugs, intensive lipid-lowering drugs, high blood pressure drugs and blood glucose control drugs is not standard. Some patients take drug for too short a time, some stop taking drugs without instructions, and others suspend drug administration without instructions. Routine testing of observed indicators is not available, there is still a big gap with the requirements in the guidelines. Clinicians and pharmacists should make greater efforts to promote standardized prevention and treatment of cerebrovascular diseases, regulate the use of drugs for secondary prevention to reduce the recurrence rate of cerebral stroke and reduce disability rate.
