Each of the geoup has 70 cases, the treatment group was increasing qi and removing blood Capsule (益气化瘀胶囊) (made in Tangshan city of the traditional Chinese medicine hospital of the manufacturing laboratory) , the investigation is the secondary prevention about the cerebral arteriosclerosis the formation (relapse prevention). placebo control is group (made in Tangshan city of the traditional Chinese medicine hospital of the manufacturing laboratory) , two groups of in-patients and out-patients of the basic western medicine treatment unchanged, that was, in the conventional treatment on the basis of the above-mentioned increase in drug use. The study of two groups was randomized, single-blind, in the form of control, and recorded on clinical observation table and statistics,After the completion of patient observed in each group. Their serum were be taken to test and Increasing qi and removing blood to test , LDL-C (low-density lipoprotein) , TG (triglyeeride) ,TC(total-cholesterol) ,HDL-C (high-density lipoprotein) and other safty index.the Neurological Functional Deficit Scales were also be observed at the same time. Measurement data is mean±standard deviation (ˉx±S), The comparison of the two groups used t test, the count data used X2 test, the level of information with rank sum test to p<0.05 as statistically significant, at last, the conclusions of scientific research would be come the conclusion.Results: The results show that the increasing qi and removing blood Capsule prevent ischemic stroke,there was a significant difference. and there is no serious side effects; Efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine symptom score before and after treatment were compared between two groups has statistical significance, The treatment group than the control group, there is significant difference; The effects of lipids, before and after treatmentTG, The two groups of TC, LDL-C were significantly decreased(P<0.05),Differences compared with the control group there is significant; Comparison of the two groups before and after treatment hemorrheology have statistical significance, The treatment group was significant difference than the control group.It was initially determined that the increasing qi and removing blood Capsule was actively drug in the secondary prevention trial for Ischemic Stroke, but this experiment was small samples in the important defects. For further confirmming the above findings, more researching for greater sample size, longer follow-up of in-depth be needed.Conclusion:1.
