Objective: To clear the treatment of fluoxetine in the risk factors of ischemic stroke(hypertension, diabetes and so on) whether have some therapeutic effects, and clearthe prognosis and secondary prevention of ischemic stroke whether better than controlgroup, to investigate the efficacy and safety. Methods: Selected aged between35to75years old, who less than two weeks afterthe onset of acute cerebral infarction, randomly assigned by SPSS13.0statisticssoftware, the therapeutic group was given3months Fluoxetine20mg qd+standardtherapies for cerebral infarction; while the control group accepted the standardtherapies. The main active endpoint are improvement in patients with mRS andNIHSS, Barthel Index, Hamilton anxiety and depression scores; and blood pressure, blood sugar, blood lipids, HsCRP changes after3months. Statistical analysis usingSPSS13.0statistical software, P <0.05have statistically significant significance. Results: We collected300patients with cerebral infarction hospitalization from June2010to December2012in Shenzhen People’s Hospital, compared with beforetreatment, the levels of blood pressure, CHOL, LDL, HsCRP were decreased; NIHSS,mRS, Barthel Index, and Hamilton anxiety and depression scores were improved after3months in both groups. The levels of TG, CHOL, LDL, Glu, HbA1c weresignificantly lower, levls of HDL was significantly increased after3months intherapeutic group. And the Barthel Index, Hamilton depression scores improvedsignificantly compared with the control group, the above differences were statisticallysignificant. The two groups of stroke recurrence and mortality, the side effects werenot statistically different. Conclusions: Fluoxetine20mg qd+standard therapies for cerebral infarction cansignificantly reduced the levels of CHOL, LDL, Glu, HbA1c, TG, and increased thelevels of HDL; And can improved patients with symptoms of depression after stroke, could better promoted recovery of neurological function in patients.
