The Influence Of Liangxue Huayu Rougan Yishen Formula On Sex Hormone Of Men With Cirrhosis During Decompensation Period

Objective:To discuss the advantages of combination of Chinese and western medicine in treatment of cirrhosis in decompensation period and evaluate the security of Liangxue Huayu Ronggan Yishen fomula in clinic treatment through observing the influence of Liangxue Huayu Ronggan Yishen fomula on sex hormone of men with cirrhosis during decompensation period and comparing indexes such as symptoms, signs, sex hormone levels, liver function and blood coagulation function before and after treatment.Methods:There was30cases in total, male patients with cirrhosis in the decompensation period and also belong to qi and yin deficiency or blood stasis blocking collaterals type in TCM syndrome differentiation were selected, and divided into treatment group and the control group (n=15). Method of comparing by positive drugs was applied. Control group accepted the general treatment of cirrhosis in decompensation period, while treatment group got treatment with Liangxue Huayu Ronggan Yishen fomula on its basis. Evaluation of curative effect was made after6months’observation by comparing symptoms and signs, sex hormone levels, liver function, blood coagulation function, tumor marker, as well as changes of Ultrasonic B before and after treatment.Results:(1) Before and after treatment in the treatment group and control group, ALT, AST, TBil, CHE., ALP, y-GT obviously improved than before (P<0.01); Compared with control group, decline of AST andy-GT had a significant difference at6th months after treatment in treatment group (P<0.01); TBil, ALT declined with obvious difference (P<0.05).(2) Results of serum albumin and albumin in two groups before and after the treatment were significantly different (P<0.01), compared with control group, the albumin in the treatment at3th months after treatment increased significantly (P<0.05) and the6th month (P<0.01)(3) Through statistical analysis, serum T level raised in the treatment group after treatment with significant difference (P<0.05), T level in the control group before and after treatment had no significant difference (P>0.05); And E2level in patients before and after treatment in both groups had no obvious change(P>0.05).(4)In the aspect of improve the function of blood coagulation, prothrombin time was generally improved in both groups to a certain extent (P<0.01), but the treatment group and control group were not significantly different (P>0.05).(5) AFP obviously declined in both treatment group and control group with significant difference (P<0.01); CEA obviously declined in both treatment group and control group with significant difference (P<0.01); But compared with control group, result in treatment group has no obvious statistical significance (P>0.05).(6) V trunk diameter, depth of ascites and spleen also decreased to a certain degree in both groups with significant difference (P<0.01); Compared with control group, treatment group can obviously reduce the depth of ascites (P<0.05); Both groups had no significant statistical significance in improving spleen thickness and ascites depth (P>0.05). (7) Treatment group had significant difference in improving symptoms of pain, fatigue (P<0.05); poor appetite, abdominal distension and ascites (P<0.01); Control group had no statistical significance in improving fatigue, liver palm and spider nevus (P>0.05), while had significant difference in improving poor appetite, pain, ascites, abdominal distension, liver and spleen enlargement (P<0.05). Compared with control group, treatment group had significant difference in improving poor appetite and ascites, compared (P<0.01); Treatment group in improving the symptoms of poor appetite, fatigue and abdominal distension was obviously superior to control group (P<0.05).(8)Clinical total effective rate (86.7%) in the treatment group was obviously better than the control group (66.7%).Conclusion:Liangxue Huayu Ronggan Yishen fomula play a certain regulating role in sex hormone levels of male cirrhosis in decompensation period, at the same time can improve the symptoms and signs, protect liver, adjust the protein metabolism, as well as reduce ascites, curative effect is better than treatment only with western medicine, and improve the life quality for male patients with cirrhosis and delay the development of the disease.
