Professor Zhu Ningyun's Experience In Treating DR Vitreous Hemorrhage With The Method Of "invigorating Qi And Nourishing Yin, Cooling Blood And Dissipating Blood Stasis"

With the development of society and economy,the improvement of people's living standards and the acceleration of population aging,the incidence of diabetes in China has increased year by year,and the incidence of retinopathy caused by diabetes has also increased.The main clinical symptoms of diabetic retinopathy are visual impairment or even sudden blindness.This has seriously affected the quality of life and life of patients.Professor Zhu Ningyun,my tutor,summarized the experience of ancient and modern physicians in diagnosis and treatment and collated ancient books of traditional Chinese medicine,combined with clinical experience,proposed that deficiency of both Qi and Yin was the basis of the disease,phlegm and blood stasis were its pathological factors.During the treatment,my tutor pointed out that in the end of the third stage to the beginning of the fourth stage,timely laser treatment should be taken to reduce the risk of fundus hemorrhage;in the event of patchy retinal hemorrhage or even vitreous hemorrhage,traditional Chinese medicine should be actively given with laser treatment.Through sorting out the ancient books of traditional Chinese medicine and combining with many years of clinical experience,my tutor summarized the specific prescriptions for vitreous hemorrhage of diabetic retinopathy based on the principles of Invigorating Qi and nourishing yin,cooling blood and removing blood stasis.Its composition is based on raw land,cooked land,yam,cornel meat,asparagus,Ophiopogon japonicus,Radix scrophulariae,trichosanthin,Astragalus membranaceus,Atractylodes macrocephala,Codonopsis pilosula,Radix citronellae,and small thistle.Its clinical effect is quite good.This article summarizes the clinical experience and experience of my tutor in the diagnosis and treatment of diabetic retinopathy,in order to provide new ideas and methods for the treatment of vitreous hemorrhage in diabetic retinopathy.
