Objective:Lavatory Rebuilt in Rural Area is a fundamental measure to promote physicaland mental health of rural residents for implementing the "prevention first" policy anddisease prevention.In the absence of good health management and safe disposal ofcases, a variety of intestinal diseases and pathogens of parasitic disease contained bymanure often spread intestinal infectious diseases and parasitic diseases which areserious threat to the health of farmers.This paper investigated various counties urbansupplier coverage rate and the incidence of intestinal infectious diseases from2008to2011in Jilin province which provided the scientific basis for further planning of Jilinprovince supplier work.Methods:1. Every year the prevalence rate of various cities, has the obviousdifference (P <0.05). Harmless toilets is also rising year by year,2008-2011theharmless toilets were5.56%,6.69%,13.78%,6.69%, to2011, the toilets is located inthe top three, respectively is Baishan (46.14%), and Yanbian (28.86%), Tonghua(25.90%).3. The incidence of intestinal infectious diseasesIn2008-2011, hepatitis a, not the incidence of hepatitis and dysentery municipalcounty basic declined (P <0.05); Does not change obviously, the incidence ofhepatitis e only Siping, Baishan, Baicheng has obvious changes (P <0.05), andshowed a rising trend; The incidence of intestinal infectious diarrhea, besidespromoting the other municipalities counties are on the rise (P <0.05); Hand, foot andmouth disease incidence of various cities county2010annual average rising trends (P<0.05), decreased to2011.Conclusion:Jilin cities and counties sanitary toilet coverage and harmless toilet coverage graduallyincreased from2008-2011, but the coverage is significantly different from urbancounties; incidence of intestinal infectious diseases Class A and B significantlydecreased after lavatories; other infectious diarrhea and hand-foot-mouth diseaseincidence showed a clear upward trend, but only through lavatories on morbidity of Class C infectious diseases has no significant lowering effect.
