| Purpose:To observe the improvement of Siwu granules of phlegm dampness type hypertension clinical curative effect and safety.Method:60cases were selected from June2012to January2013in the department of cardiology of Jiangyin Chinese medicine hospitial who suffered from Hypertension with dyslipidemia.Using random method,60patients were divided into treatment group and control group with30cases in each.The control group was given routine western medical treatment.The treatment group combined with modified Siwu granules in the treatment.The processes for8weeks.Observation on the treatment of blood pressure, blood lipid, phlegm symptoms, urinary microalbumin and safety.Results:(1)Blood pressure:before and after treatment in two groups had no statistical significance(P>0.05).But by comparing the treatment group found before treatment, diastolic blood pressure decreased significantly.(2)Blood lipid:There are statistically significant differences between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05).The treatment group of cholesterol, triglyceride, low density lipoprotein decreased values were significantly higher than that of the control group.Cholesterol, triglyceride and low density lipoprotein decreased markedly,Increase the high density lipoprotein was also significantly higher than that of the control group.(3)Urinary albumin:The two groups after treatment had no significant difference(P>0.05).(4)syndrome integral:In the two groups after treatment had statistical significance(P<0.05).The treatment group integral decline rate is higher than that of the control group.There are statistically significant differences between the two groups after treatment invertigo,headache, chest tightness.wrappinghead and insomnia(P<0.05).(5)Safety:Before and after treatment in two groups had no statistical significance (P>0.05).Conclusion:Modified Siwu granules can improve the phlegm dampness type hypertension with dyslipidemia of multiple indexes and phlegm symptoms. |
